The open plan living rooms .And cooler bedrooms .
And the outside spaces.
Also it was very quiet when we were there.
One en-suite has an extremely noisy extractor fan.
The other one has a very poor electric shower.
The crockery could do with updating.

Facilities were great, fully equipt kitchen, lovely space.
It was high on the hillside and the lane to reach it was very narrow. It did not impede our stay, just to be aware if you have pushchairs or have to park on a steep incline when getting in and out of the car.

Everything about our stay at bolthead was great, the location, the apartment was perfect with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Hosts very helpful when we had an issue which was quickly resolved . Beds extremely comfortable. Nice walks in the area and close to the beach was a bonus.
We had an issue with a broken fridge but when reported this was looked into and replaced promptly.
Out of the two bathrooms one of the showers worked ok at first use but second time the temperature fluctuated from very hot to cold . I was ok because I could use the other shower so not really a problem .

Dated decor. A bit unloved/tatty for the price (wardrobe door missing, empty hand soaps, gaps in the kitchen plinth where new appliances have been added, velux windows really dirty).
