Good location, pleasant house , parking spot
Unfortunately very tired, especially bathroom, which had mould and bath in danger of separating from sealant. Kitchen poorly equipped with utensils

Sweet cottage with shady patio, two parking spaces as a bonus. Nicely kept rooms and good shower and bath.
A few kitchen items needed, sharp knives, more serving spoons etc

Location was great lovely little house but needs a little update .
Needs some TLC . Little jobs like fix the floor bar into the kitchen kept tripping on it as it was loose and broken . Lick of paint and some updated furniture in the bedroom is needed . Garden is way overgrown and needs to be cut back . As done the front of the house .

Excellent location
We noticed a few areas regarding cleanliness and maintenance that require attention to improve the experience for future guests: Linens & Laundry: The bedsheets, pillowcases, and kitchen tea towels did not feel or smell freshly laundered. Flooring: The floors in the kitchen, lounge, and bathroom felt sticky and appeared to need a more thorough washing. Bathroom Drainage: The bathroom sink basin drains very slowly and likely needs the trap or pipe cleared. Kitchen Plumbing: The kitchen taps are leaking constantly and require maintenance to stop the drip. The fridge was dirty on arrival. The main frying pan was unusable as the handle is very loose and needs replacing. We hope this feedback is helpful for your property management and upkeep.
