We enjoyed salcombe
Location was perfect Lovely view
Up stairs was great kitchen ;lounge.was all good . Main bed room was large. double bed . Nice bathroom . plenty of space .. Second bedroom was twin beds The bathroom was a joke!!! It was situated under the stairs The smallest shower unit I have ever seen !!, If you happen to drop the soap There was no way of bending down to pick it up 😕 The sink was so small , just about able to clean teeth. The toilet had no head room . Ok for children , But not adults . To share the main bathroom with brother and his wife would have ment going through there bedroom each time We coped but was difficult .

Great
Located in the centre so easy to walk to everywhere you need to.
Would have been nice to have had a bit more privacy on the terrace.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay in Salcombe but will find alternative accommodation in future.
The house was, clean, tidy and quite comfortable
The shower room in the second bedroom was very small and, even though I am a small woman, the tiny shower unit was very difficult to use. The towels provided could have been of better quality.

Very enjoyable
Location was excellent near to centre,
It would have been better to have a key box on the property,,we were on foot with our cases. The bedrooms were cold and the heating not on.

Lovely place. Great location. Bit chilly in April.
It was a lovely house with a great view. it was spotlessly clean and had all the stuff you need in a rental property.
The weather was chilly and it would have been useful to have instructions on how to adjust the boiler so we could have warmed the house a bit.

nice place. great location. shame about heating issue.
great location and lovely cottage. good facilities.
heating wasn’t working properly and it was a cold weekend. they can out so we had to waste time waiting in. she pressed a reset button and it started working. soon went off. had to keep pressing reset so whenever you came home in eves it was cold and no hot water for showers all weekend! write and complained. no answer to date still awaiting response. day 4! we are big coffee lovers and checked they had a coffee maker. didn’t check that local shop sold pods to fit it!!!!! maybe get a maker that the coop supplies for. with no heating the ‘summer duvets’ we’re not good at all!

Very good
The cottage is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and is in a fabulous location. The kitchen was very well stocked and had every utensil that you could possibly need.
The mattress on the double bed really needs replacing. Its very lumpy and soft. Also we had problems finding the office to collect the keys as only had a postcode. Some collection instructions would have made it easier. Some instructions on how to turn on the heating would have also helped. Two years after the pandemic it seems rather ridiculous to have to strip the beds and place in a designated plastic bag before departing the property!

Nice flat with a great view!
The flat is in a beautiful location overlooking the bay. There's a lovely outdoor seating area - the weather didn't allow us to fully enjoy it sadly but it had a wonderful view. The kitchen is big and has everything you need to cook. Two bedrooms with an ensuite is a bit of a treat. It's near the centre of the town so it's close to all the cafes, bars and shops.
The parking is about 5 minutes walk away - not far but the flat is up a big hill so you have to park, drop things off and then do a tricky reverse and park up. The fridge froze things. Annoying to have to strip the beds, apparently due to Covid. Haven't had this anywhere else for some time.
