The 160 square meters of the house are distributed into 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (both cold and hot), and 3 bathrooms, all with shower stalls, a living-dining room, and a kitchen.

The first two bedrooms are master bedrooms, both with a queen bed measuring 1.50 m x 2 m and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features two single beds measuring 90 cm x 2 m, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.35 m x 1.90 m. These last two rooms have an independent bathroom.

The house does not have a barbecue as it is located in a high natural protection area; therefore, it is equipped with an electric griddle to make your barbecues.

Access is mostly paved; only 100 meters of the track are unpaved. The rural house offers parking space for three vehicles. Having a car is necessary for shopping.
