Ideally located only blocks from the Walmart Home office, the Bentonville Film Festival, and excellent dining and pubs on the square. Just minutes from I-49, the Henry Carriage House is just a quick drive to Fayetteville, the University of Arkansas, Eureka Springs, Rogers, Beaver Lake, Buffalo River National Park and everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer! Really enjoyed how nice the space was designed and how close it was to so many things. Walking distance to downtown and many restaurants and shops. Would def stay here again and would encourage others to as well.

The apartment was the perfect place for a mother/daughter weekend. The apartment is super clean, comfy and stylish, with great water pressure ! Who knew that could be something to get excited about ? The location, a couple of blocks away from everything groovy in Bentonville, was terrific. The stairs leading up to the apartment offset all of the tasty things we ate - at least that's what we told ourselves. We loved the place to keep our bikes, the nearby trails were delightful addition to our weekend And the chickens - just an extra treat. Thank you for sharing your space with us !

Five star all the way around for us. I believe the property description clearly stated it, but stairs might be a dealbreaker for some who have difficulty with that sort of thing. Otherwise, it’s perfect all the way around. Great little area to lock up and wash your bikes.

Such a beautiful property and the best location for everything. We hiked and biked most days without having to drive and downtown restaurants are literally steps from the front door. Everything we’d hoped for and more. Will definitley come back again!

The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. We certainly enjoyed setting on the raised patio area taking in a glass of wine on an unseasonably warm February afternoon. Definitely walkable to area restaurants from what we felt was a very safe neighborhood a great bonus when area parking is at a premium.
There’s one item that kept me from giving the rental 5 stars….noise. The apartment sets above a garage, while I expected noises from cars coming and going, which happened. I did not expect loud noises from the home gym in the garage below that lasted well past 8pm. It was very distracting, and a little unnerving considering the knowledge that paying customers were above. Disappointingly, this was not listed in any of the reviews, which is why I’m informing now.

We actually changed our dates to stay at this property. It intrigued me to be in the carriage house above the garage and on historic property. I was not disappointed. The place is lovely and the location even better. I wanted to be close to the city Square and we were. We parked our car and short of one trip during the evening walked everywhere from this location. The deck provides privacy and ambience and we enjoyed a bottle of wine we brought from home after exceptional dinner at Conifer. I will stay here again as it was impossible to get everything accomplished in our short stay. And we will base our next trip around availability. I think that’s the highest compliment any host can receive. Thank you for a lovely 2 1/2 days.

Carriage House doesn’t give this property justice. Amazing finishes and luxurious feel. Wish we would have had more than one night. Walkable to everything downtown Bentonville. Enjoyed a nice dinner and concert at Momentary. Would absolutely return and recommend.

Perfect location for a great getaway!
I hesitate to say too much because I don't want this to be booked next time we go! What a beautiful place! Comfortable beds, air-conditioning worked well, great shower, coffeepot, games. (Granddaughter taught us how to play Rummikub. Fun!) The chickens and koi fish are cute, too, and the walkability is just perfect. As hot as it was, we were able to walk to everything we needed. Great place and communication and response from owners was first rate. We had an issue upon checkin, but it was resolved well and quickly by hosts. Highly recommend!

Great place in a great little town
This place is fantastic! Spacious, clean and well-designed. A friend and I went to Bentonville for a weekend of Art and eating. We we pleasantly surprised by its amenities and convenience to all the great places to eat in and around a very walkable town. Crystal Bridges was our main attraction but you have to check out restaurants like The Preachers Son and The Hive. Both are walkable from the rental. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect getaway!
We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property. The location could not be more perfect for walkable exploring of Bentonville. The home itself is so comfortable and thoughtfully designed. In addition, we slept great, which is not always the case when traveling! Weather forced a slight change in our travel plans and the mangers were very gracious and responsive. We hope to visit again someday, either with our family or a close group of friends!
