The staff service was excellent! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel lobby is also beautifully designed.
However, I was quite disappointed with the room. The room design looked different from what was shown in the pictures, and the room had a noticeable smell. The toilet also had some visible stains, which made it feel less clean and comfortable.

Staff so far is quite friendly. Location good.
Bedsheet is dusty and have died insect on the pillow. Itchy when sleeping. The bathroom glass door has peeled off rubber/silicon strip. No hair dryer, fridge is not cold. Door has no security lock.
