Nestled in Oak Hill, this lovely bed and breakfast for $109 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Separate suite and full bath with private entry (not attached to our home). One bedroom with queen size bed, full private bathroom, complimentary in-room coffee, tea, cocoa bar, & bottled water also toaster, microwave, & refrigerator/freezer. Outdoor gas grill.The Captain’s Quarters features relaxing saltwater lifestyle with spectacular sunsets. Relax and enjoy the manatee as they lazily swim to and fro thru the canal. Watch the pelicans and sea birds dive into the water for fish while on your private dock just outside your room. Boating, fishing, shrimping, kayaking, paddle boating all within a few feet from the water. Watch Cape Canaveral space launches up close on the water or from the deck over the canal. Boat rides available to sandy island beaches for swimming or sunbathing just minutes from your room. You can fish or shrimp or just enjoy boating along the inter coastal river enjoying the manatee, dolphins, and sightseeing. We provide poles and tackle if you want to fish off the patio. 15 minutes from New Smyrna Beach and 30 min from Daytona Beach. 1 hour to Orlando theme parks. Fishing poles and tackle there for your use too!

My husband and I visited the Captain's Quarters for our 58th Wedding Anniversary. Our host Joann and Steve were most welcoming. The Captain's Quarters is a perfect quiet and peaceful We loved the room, the dock In fact we loved everything about it. Would love to go again.

From the prompt communication preparing us for our stay to the personalized welcome message; JoAnn went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
In addition to the amazing host, the location was perfect as well. The ability to bookend each day sitting in a chair, watching nature in and on the water was phenomenal.

Captains’ Quarters is a nice quiet getaway. Comfortable for one or a couple. The hosts were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Many good restaurants and activities within 30 minute drive. Would recommend if you’re interested in seeing a launch or spending some time at the Canaveral National Seashore.

If you don't want to wake up to a glimpse of nature's wonders, pick somewhere else to stay. The quarters were set up for everything we could possibly need and JoAnn was a superb hostess. The best part was the ability to sit by the water and unplug from technology and enjoy the natural world!
I highly recommend the Captain’s Quarters to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful time.

If you love to fish this is a great spot on the channel with a variety of species. Some great places for dining as well & you couldn’t ask for better host! They go above & beyond with all the necessities to complete your stay.

If you are looking for a quiet place this is the perfect place. They were so friendly, my husband and I stayed here on our wedding night. The room was so cute and so clean. They left us a bottle of wine, water and coffee. This really is a great place.

We had a great stay. We arrived for Biketoberfest and were greeted by Jo Ann upon arrival. She was very pleasant, welcoming, and friendly. We had an issue with our motorcycle (dead battery) and I can’t say enough about how helpful and accommodating Jo Ann and Steve were to us- simply just good people. The property was immaculate and very cozy. The neighborhood was nice, and quiet. I will definitely be back to stay at this property.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and every time we leave, we spend the entire drive home planning our next trip.
The room is spotless and filled with tons of cute little touches (including a personalized welcome sign and a small bag of treats). The location is fantastic - far enough away from the “bigger” cities to feel nice and secluded, but close enough that tons of activities and restaurants are a short drive away. Pro tip - the Garlic in New Smyrna is quite possibly our favorite restaurant in the whole world.
Finally, if you have a boat, the location is perfect for that too. Small no-wake canal off of a no-wake portion of the intracoastal with very minimal tidal swing. Tying up couldn’t be easier, and no need to worry about the boat getting beat against the dock while you sleep.

If you want peace & quiet, this is your place. Sitting outside watching fish, turtles, and manatees swim by is the most excitement we got! Host is incredibly tuned in to her guests needs, space is beautiful & so clean! Would not hesitate to stay here again.
