We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had our boat with us and it was really easy to launch and park the boat on the grey docks. The house is perfect for four people. Very clean and lots of space. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the dolphins in the lagoon. We walked to the little park down the road and the restaurant Goodrich Seafood and Oyster House. People in the area are very friendly and the owners are very nice and helpful and quick to respond to any questions you might have. Keeping this cabin on our list to stay again.

We loved our stay at this property in Oakhill. The home was clean and perfect for our family. We really enjoyed being able to fish right off of the dock in the park. There are a ton of dolphin and manatees in that area that you can see. Highly recommend this property.

Great communication and flexibility. Adorable and peaceful retreat. Absolutely loved watching the birds and dolphins. Just what our souls needed to start the new year.

The hosts were very responsive and got back to me within the day. The property is situated on a beautiful bay allowing for fishing and docking/launching of small watercraft. The location was also perfect for us. What they don't tell you is that there are campers stacked on top of one another. Luckily the neighbors were exceptional and as friendly as one gets but they are there for an extended period of time. The unit itself is smaller than I expected but still adequate for our trip. It is in need of some repairs and upkeep. For example, some of the recliners were not working correctly, the AC unit desperately needed a cleaning and the bathroom door frame needed replaced. We also needed additional towels and linens but had to make it by with one towel per person for the 6 days. A few minor maintenance repairs could easily make this a much more desirable property.
