Lovely hotel very convenient will return again

The position is excellent two minutes from train station Main Street and the mall Staff are pleasant. Liked the coffee and cake in lounge / reception area room are large airy clean and liked the walk in shower. Fridge and kitchen are a plus too

No safe in the room when you have foreign currency and passports I like them kept somewhere safe - no hairdryer in the room though I did have my own with. Would prefer liquid soap for basin use and not a hard bar - just a minor gripe not serious

A great find, I would definitely return.

Very friendly staff, comfortable stay. Rooms exceptionally large. Excellent breakfast.

Bathroom doors and mirrors old and need painting/ replacing.

Unexpected

the room was big and clean breakfast was very good also

we had a problem with the Wifi in the night and we didn't have GSM signal in the room, another problem we hade is the AC didn't worked in the morning but they fixed it fast.

Superb

Very cozy, home-like hotel with good breakfast and pleasant arnosphere. Very hospitable team at the kitchen, ready to quickly serve you the fresh food. Very helpful service desk guys, polite and quick. Good room service, daily cleaning. Comfortable rooms with large bathroom and minikitchen. Coffee, water all day and afternoon sweets are provided for free for the clients.

I cannot recommend this hotel, but it it's very close to the bus and train station.

The breakfast was ok, nothing special, but good choice of food. We rented out family suite on the other side from the main road, above patio.

The room was not very clean, dirty spots on the walls, everything was well worn out. We didn't feel welcomed in the room. The kettle smelled like old plastic, but we received another one on request. There was constant noise coming from an air conditioner in the hall. Bed in the bedroom was ok, but in the living room the foldout bed was very hard.

Mattress was comfortable, room was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The towels were dingy and could be replaced.

Not a boutique hotel

Staff were friendly and breakfast was good

Rust in many places (sprinklers, door hinges), top shower head that does not work (probably clogged with calc), if you want coffee for breakfast you need to leave the dining room and go next to the elevators (although there is a coffee machine in the dining room).

Exceptional

The hotel was clean, smelled really good with standby coffee station, which was always open, a real pleasure. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Really awesome rooms and food!

Large room, spacious and clean. There was a coffee machine in the lobby of the floor which was really nice. The staff was very nice

The breakfast was not to my taste, there was a lot of shouting from children during the meal, even when we ate outside it was noisy and unpleasant. In addition, there was noise from the road that was next to the room

It’s close to the mall Arena, great location, good breakfast!

there wasn’t an iron in the room, no phone line in the room, stuff sometimes were not at the desk.

I travel a lot. I live in Florida and I have never stayed at a place with such restrictions

I was not offered breakfasr

Elevator was on Shabbat mode. I asked to use stairs as I am claustrophobic. They said I could not use stairs. I think this is terrible and I have never heard of this before anywhere. My room temperature felt like 100 degrees when I arrived. I went to the front desk. The front desk person said he would turn it down from his computer. When I called back he didn’t answer. Then he came and knocked on the door and said NO A/C in the winter. Wow Also, not that I wanted it cause I was checking out first thing, but breakfast was never mentioned to me

Goop place to visit Rosh HaNikra

Very nice staff (super friendly and helpful) and great breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Parking in front of the door. Good place to go to Rosh HaNikra.

clean and every facility coffee in reception room large airy and large walk in shower. toiletries coffee tea kettle and fridge friendly helpful staff excellent breakfast outside sitting area with tables and comfy seating too

no safe in room or hairdryer 30 minute walk to beach and tyelet ( taxi 20 shekels )

Very good

The staff are efficient and the rooms are big, clean and tidy.

We visited on Yom Kippur. The hotel was almost empty and we didn't require breakfast but the price was similar to staying at a beachfront hotel in Tel Aviv in mid-august.
