SAL604 The Turquoise Tortuga, 5BR, 4BA,14 Guests, Private Pool, Charcoal Grill, Fenced in Yard, No Pets Allowed, Golf Cart Accessible, Parking for 4 Vehicles, Garage Access, No Parking in Road Escape to The Turquoise Tortuga, a luxury vacation destination that has been updated with fresh paint, kitchen backsplash and furniture. A coastal ambiance is felt inside with island décor in bright colors, tranquil textures and charming hardwood floors carried throughout. This home has it all and is situated just 1-minute by golf cart or car to Beach Access Rd 1A . The driveway allows room for four average vehicles, parking not allowed in the road. The detached ground-level provides a private suite (BR1) comprised of a Queen bed, nightstands, matching armchair, wall-mounted TV, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and a full bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. Take refuge in the private backyard oasis where you can grill up the day's catch, sit in a variety of outdoor furniture provided, seek shade under the palapa or cool off in the pool. Using the outside stairs, make your way up to the second level to the heart of the home. The expansive floorplan is perfect for gathering family and friends without missing out on conversations and activities. The inviting living room is composed of a plush turquoise sectional and matching couch for watching movies on the large TV with cable. Practice your culinary skills in the open kitchen appointed with crisp white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, pantry, basic pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the sizable table with seating for ten and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in a beautiful Port A sunrise. There is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in the hallway for your use during your stay. Two bedrooms sit at the end of the hallway. (BR3) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, closet and TV. Proceed up the stairs to the third-level loft and the remaining two bedrooms. At the top of the landing is a vast, common room outfitted with two Full beds, nightstands, a sitting area with two comfy armchairs and a wall-mounted TV. Guest room (BR4) holds a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest, TV and private access to the shared hall bathroom finished out with a vanity and tiled shower with a glass door. The large master suite (BR5) is comprised of a King bed, nightstands, a bench at the foot of the bed, a dresser for your beach attire, wall-mounted TV, a sitting area with two rocker/recliners, and a coffee bar/snack area which provides counter and cabinet space, a sink, Keurig and fridge. The grand ensuite bathroom encompasses a double vanity, a large tile shower with a glass door and window and a walk-in closet. We had plenty of room for the entire family, the decor was awesome and we had a wonderful time. A few observations to consider: Need to supply more toilet paper (Ran out and had to go buy for the days their). The fridge was dirty inside and the drawer where you keep the veggies was broken, even though we did not use the pool it was dirty (lots of sand). Remember these are just observations. We would rent the property again and recommend to friends and family.

The place was FABULOUS!
We will definitely go back! We had 4 couples and 5 children under five years old. The pool was sparkling clean except for sand blown in from beach which is normal as I am a pool owner. Do not count on downstairs bedroom in your count to stay because of large musty smell. However, it was great to use bathroom as it was close to pool. Thank you so much Vacation Paradise! Many great memories were made.

First day there the pool was cloudy and Sandy and contacted management and it was taken care of .
I will say please read rules posted by front door for garbage pick up day and times . Especially if your going to be cooking while there .

The house is nicely furnished. The pool was very clean and could tell was well maintained. There is no access to the garage, so don't expect to be able to park another vehicle or store things there. All of our family said their beds were comfortable. Overall a nice place to spend a vacation.

I would definitely recommend this house. The property was spacious and clean. The views from the balcony were awesome. They had everything we needed, great furniture, extra towels, and the master bedroom was huge. The pool was a little dirty when we got there but I called to let them know and they sent the pool people to reclean it. I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for 6 children and 6 adults. The pool had sand and grass in it but the kids loved it. The home is located on a street that is busy on the weekends and holidays. It was difficult to sleep with all the loud music and golf carts driving by in the early hours of the morning. The dish washer was broken so the dishes had to be washed by hand. Kitchen sink and one bathroom didn’t have hand soap, bottles empty. The beach is too far to walk but we enjoyed driving on the beach with the golf cart. One free the first 24 hrs.
