The top floor features a king, primary bedroom w/private bath (shower & soaker tub), the 1st floor has 2 guest bedrooms (1 queen & the other with 2 twin xl's), full bathroom w/laundry, kitchen and a cozy living area, and the lower level is open space with an additional family room (futon can sleep 1-2) plus a large dining table for family meals and games as well as a 2 person sauna. The cabin has central heat and AC to make it comfortable in any climate conditions. Owners will get you started w/a complimentary bundle of firewood for the Jutul wood burning stove during the months of November-March to complete the full NH White Mountains 🏔 experience (camp wood is located outside near trash dumpster). Enjoy the outdoor firepit year around. The home is staged and stocked well for cooking and entertaining. There is a 6 person outdoor dining table as well as a small interior table (seats 2-4), 4 counter seats at the kitchen island and a large8 person dining table in the lower level.
