Guests have access to the entire property, including fully enclosed backyard, adjacent carport and private alley parking for up to four vehicles. (One vehicle under carport, three adjacent spaces.)

First-time guests can expect to be met onsite for a personalized VIP property orientation, so please provide an ETA on or just before your arrival day. This quiet, historic neighborhood is just a short five-minute walk from Centennial Park, the Arkansas River, trail system and train station. The charming historic downtown district with shopping and restaurants is a short drive or a 10 minute walk.

There is plenty of parking everywhere. The Arkansas Riverwalk, which boats 8 miles of walking trails and access to Tunnel Drive trailhead, is a short 2 blocks away. You can bike just a half mile to the South Canon mountain bike trailhead.

The secluded backyard oasis is fully appointed with a custom water feature, hot tub, gas grill and vintage brick paved patio area with umbrella dining table and lounge seating around a propane fire-table, all beautifully lit at night for the ultimate ambience. There`s nothing else like it in the area!
