Fabulous apartment is spacious, modern and incredibly well equipped. The accommodation is a 10/10.
It is a little way from the Old Town, about 30 mins walk along the river, but you can catch a bus or a rental bike at the end of the street. We would 100% come back here.
Only the distance from town if you don't like walking, but we enjoyed the bike ride each day.

very smartly designed location - rooms are well equipped, clean, the bathroom is way above what you see even in top tier hotels, the decor is nice, the whole location is well thought out, with the parking, even the garbage disposal. it is clean, within 20 minutes of the city center through a nice area, quiet and each room and setup is unique. I stayed in two different rooms and each had its own thing going on. also thanks to the host who was very helpful and nice.

Kind and responsive host (via Whatsapp since it’s self check-in). Parking was provided in a secured driveway. And it was a very well equipped and clean apartment (cleaning supplies is always a plus, especially during a longer stay). The whole house and apartment are decorated with so much attention, you instantly feel at home.
The apartment is located near the Botanical Gardens, so you’ll always have some travel time before reaching the city. However two bus lines and cheap ‘city-bikes’ (1 euro for a week) that can bring you to and from the city center are pretty close to the apartment.

Wow, what a brilliant place to stay to explore Ljubljana! The Eagle’s Nest was just a perfect place to stay, easy to check in and super helpful hosts who sent us all the information and were really helpful with finding us a good parking spot for our car with bikes. The room itself was beautifully decorated and so comfortable- also I have to say it was the best shower I’ve ever had! Also the location for us was perfect; a really nice 20mins walk to the city centre and in a lovely calm neighbourhood. The hosts were also super kind, providing us with extra coffee and also letting us leave our car a bit longer so we could explore the city and extra day. I can’t recommend this place enough, we would love to stay again!
