Located in Marathon, this lovely house for $445 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Imagine paradise in a completely secluded location where there are no neighbors on either side of you. The backyard at Key Lime Kottage is the Gulf of Mexico! This is just the home for you! Beautifully appointed Keys home with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our pool and hot tub are completely enclosed inside of a 56' x 24' pool enclosure. We have an outdoor dining table for 6 in the pool enclosure and also have 6 lounge chairs with small tables for your lounging pleasure. Key Lime Kottage is managed by the owners not a property management company. Many property management companies manage hundreds of homes. As owners, customer service is our first priority. We make our guests happy one vacation at a time. BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE NOTE: *Rentals are only allowed Saturday to Saturday *You can not dock a boat at this property. The water is too shallow so it is only allowed to be used as a swim/fish platform. *We have many renters with allergies therefore we do not allow any animals of any kind in or on the property. *This is a no smoking property Key Lime Kottage is situated just south of mile marker 59 off of US 1. We are 2 1/2 hours south of Miami and 1 hour north of Key West (depending on traffic). We are located in Grassy Key between Duck Key and Marathon in the pristine waters of the Florida Keys. Key Lime Kottage is completely secluded with no neighbors on either side. Your only neighbors are thick Mangroves and Egrets. We LOVE their food. *Curry Hammock State Park, MM 56.2, ocean side, Little Crawl Key. Fishing, swimming and picnicking are available at this waterfront park. *Key Colony Beach Golf & Tennis, 8th Street at MM 53.5, Key Colony Beach. A nine-hole, par-3 public course is open seven days a week, along with two lighted hard courts. *Boot Key Harbor, MM 49, ocean side, Marathon. One of the United States' rare protected harbors with nearby docks, launching ramp, fuel, boat rentals and restaurants. *Crane Point, MM 50.5 bay side, Marathon. A 63.5-acre tract that is one of the most important historical and archaeological sites in the Keys. Crane Point contains evidence of pre-Columbian and prehistoric Bahamian artifacts and was once the site of an entire Indian village. The Museums of Crane Point include the Museum of Natural History of the Florida Keys and the Florida Keys Children's Museum. *Sombrero Beach, Sombrero Boulevard at MM 50, ocean side, Marathon.
