This two-story 3 BR /2.5 BA 1360 SQ FT home is perfect for your next Florida Keys vacation. Enjoy resort features in a clean and comfortable home setting: The home’s first floor offers a spacious, open floor plan. The full-service kitchen, with stainless steel appliances granite counter tops, and new pots, pans, and chef's knives, opens to the dining area with comfortable seating for 8, which flows to the family room with plenty of room for your whole crew to hang out. The couch contains a sofa sleeper that sleeps 2. French doors open to a large and airy outdoor covered deck with water views, the perfect place to enjoy those special little vacation moments such as witnessing a sunset, enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing with a good book, preparing for your day on the water, sharing and celebrating your new-found adventures, or star gazing under a tropical sky. A stylish half-bath is also conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and 2 full bathrooms. The large Master Suite has a king-size bed, comfortable seating, separate his and her closets, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, granite vanity, and a linen closet. French doors lead to the Suite’s huge private balcony with stunning views of the waterway and facing west for the sunsets. The Queen Suite has a queen-size bed and overlooks the resort’s gorgeously lush and pristinely landscaped grounds. The Twin Suite has 2 twin beds.The Queen Suite and the Twin Suite share a full bathroom with a tub/shower and granite vanity. Every bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a TV with cable. The BeachComer provides secure, high speed WiFi Internet (200 megabit+). For the fishing and boating enthusiasts: Coral Lagoon is one of the only resorts in the Keys to have IMMEDIATE access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf. Your BeachComer rental includes our 40 ft boat slip (#15) on a deep-water canal located just steps from your back deck. Slip includes water and 30 AMP electricity. The Boat House Marina is located on site and provides full services such as a private boat ramp, valet trailer parking ($25/day), fuel, ice and fish cleaning facilities. Bask in peace and tranquility: Coral Lagoon has a private heated pool for our guests to enjoy year-round. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay at this property. They made checkin and out a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool had a changing/shower rooms as well as bathrooms. The pool was close to the property and the boat dock was right out the door. The back porch was so relaxing on the canal and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property. Clean, well kept and comfortable. Owners were responsive and easy to work with. Only complaint is the listing states it’s a few minutes walking distance to beaches, which is not the case.

The house is at wonderful location, proximate to all your needs. The private dock capable to secure a 40' boat is an added bonus. Beautiful house where we would gladly stay forever. Extremely clean, quiet, and everything one would ask for. The rental process was flawless and the friendly manatees didn't hurt the image at all!

We couldn’t of been happy with our stay at Coral Lagoon. The amenities and location were perfect and plenty of room for the 6 adults and 2 kids. This unit made everything very easy regarding being able to use the ramp next door to put our boat in the water and a quick 5 mins ride to dock it outside the the townhouses. Easy access to the Atlantic save time to get out on the ocean. We definitely plan on coming back again! Thanks for allowing us to use your rental.

Truly amazing home in a gorgeous location in Marathon. We loved it all... a few wonderful things to point out:
The location of this home - the development where it's located has a "hideaway" and private feeling even though it's located right off Rte. 1. It's just beautifully landscaped and designed and you feel at home as soon as you turn in. Yet it's close enough to all of the great attractions and restaurants in Marathon and the Keys.
Impeccable cleaniness. I have stayed at a variety of rental homes thru the years and this one was so amazingly clean and everything felt brand new!

We loved the pool and spent a lot of time there as a family. Just a short walk from this property but not too close that you hear any noise from it.

Property was beautiful and peaceful! Our family of 8 was very comfortable in the spacious home. We even got to utilize, the provided boat dock, when we decided to rent a boat for a day. Would recommend this home to any friends coming down to the Keys!

What a lovely landing point for visiting The Keys! We enjoyed watching those fortunate enough to have boats head in and out daily... and we loved seeing all of the boats in the marina. It is a great location, easy to Sombrero Beach, lots of great restaurants and only 90 minutes to Key West! The TVs had us all baffled (need some instructions in each room)... some remotes needed batteries... so we played cards and read books! We really enjoyed the stay and would re-book.

The Beach Comer was the perfect place for our family vacation! Dawn was super helpful and easy to communicate with - always getting back to me quickly. Their home was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed as a family. Having a boat slip right out of our back door was the icing on the cake! It was so nice to be able to easily get out on the water and enjoy the reef. We would not hesitate to stay there again. You will not be disappointed renting this home in such a beautiful community in the Keys!

Our family of four recently stayed at this unit for 5 nights/6 days. There was more than enough room to accommodate us comfortably and then some. The unit was very clean and very cozy. We felt right at home. It seems the owners thought of everything. We didn’t know what to expect so we packed our own iron, blow dryer, extra towels, beach towels, rod holders etc. and none of that was needed. We even found a pack and play in the closet, and although our family didn’t need one we thought it was so thoughtful of the owner to provide that for their guests. It was clear that their goal was to truly make your vacation as stress free and comfortable as possible. From the time we arrived until the time we left the owner checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and we’re enjoying our stay. She gave us a list of suggestions for things to do and places to eat which was much appreciated as this was our first time staying on Marathon. We all agreed this was our favorite family vacation to date and we can’t recommend staying here enough!
