Situated in Key Colony Beach, this charming villa for $628 per night is a great option for your next vacation. ** DON'T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT..... LOOK AT OUR SPECTACULAR REVIEWS..... COME SEE WHY THIS PLACE IS TRULY 'PARADISE' AND OUR 1,360 SQ FT, WATERFRONT TOWN HOME WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS ** Thank you for your interest in our gorgeous town home in Coral Lagoon, #1 Rated Resort in beautiful Marathon, FL. This two story 3 BR /2.5 BA villa is the perfect residence for your next vacation, with 1,360 sq ft of living space and multiple decks. For the Boating and Fishing Enthusiasts, there is also a 40' boat slip located only feet behind the residence, Slip #11, which includes water and electric. There is also the Boat House Marina onsite with full services such as boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and fish cleaning facilities. There is also trailer parking available there at $27/day. If you are bringing a boat, you will be required to provide insurance info and pay a $50 registration fee with The Boat House Marina. If you don't have a boat but wish to rent one we recommend Island Time Boat Rentals. Ask for Mike Show and tell them you are staying in our Coral Lagoon town home and you will get a 10% discount. Also, Captain Hooks, is just a short walking distance away and has bait, tackle and snorkeling gear. Also included with our town home is secure, high speed WiFi Internet, Cable TV, and Televisions and DVD players in all rooms. The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee. The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, dvd players in all rooms, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity. Coral Lagoon also has a private heated pool which is great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as...... local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores, and bars. Our location is ideal for access to the ocean or the bay side (via Vaca Cut). Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the bay. Captain Hooks Marina and Dive Center is walking distance from Coral Lagoon and offers boat rentals, snorkeling trips, bait, tackle, etc. Looking to rent a boat??? We know the owners of Island Time Boat Rentals in Marathon and they will deliver a boat to the slip upon your arrival and will pick it up on your departure. They have boats from 21ft to 28ft. You will also get a 10% discount if you tell them that you are staying on our Coral Lagoon town home. This is a privately managed / operated rental by the Owners. Great location and property. For a family looking for a few days away, this is a great choice. Although we didn't bring a boat, if you are looking to do so this is an excellent location.

Weather wasn't the best but the place sure was. The folks at the marina seemed to be very helpful, however they lost the lock to our trailer and damaged the trailer moving it with the fork. The dock and amenities were wonderful. Nearby restaurants were excellent. If you use the boat ramp and trailer storage, recommend you be very proactive in overlooking that process. We trusted them to "take care of everything". Big mistake.

Beautiful room right on a canal and near the ocean. The unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Centrally located on Marathon Key near activities and restaurants. Truly an exceptional stay.

We enjoyed the central location which enabled us to go north or south to visit the parks and other areas of interest. It’s a beautiful unit and was big enough to accommodate six of us. The bathrooms were a little small, especially the master shower, but we made it work. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Excellent in every way. Very clean unit well equipped, makeup magnifying mirror in master bath, (kitchen could use 1 more big fry pan & food storage containers) nice comfortable furnishings, living room furniture newly upgraded from what is shown in pics. Will definitely be back.

This property is in a perfect location for everything. The home was kept nice and clean and everything you needed was available. The boat dock was perfect for having it right next to the house in easy access to the waters. The marina was excellent with storing our trailer and making sure the trailer was sprayed off and put up for us and help assisting with washing the boat after we took it out. Atop notch marina. We would definitely stay here again.

The Marina needs some work. Dock hands were less than attentive. They charge a 1x 50.00 process fee. To process what? Certainly not to help with the process of putting in and taking out your boat. Plus 27.00 daily to store your trailer. Was told to give them 15-20 minutes heads up , took them 45.

We enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of onsite parking and it's easy to get into and out of. The property was well appointed, stocked with everything to get your stay started, and had very comfortable beds. Plenty of seating, between a large dining room table, stools, couches and lounge chairs. Two decks provided a great view over the canal. The pool was large and almost always empty, but unfortunately closes at dusk. We had one minor issue with the dryer, which had a clogged roof vent, but the manager had someone scheduled to clean it out the following week. Would definitely stay here again!

Can’t recommend this rental more highly. Excellent location, gorgeous townhome and wonderful views and beds where comfy! (The only drawback on our stay, was the pool was not heated , as the property advertised it was . It was frigid ! ) Will def be back !

Overall great location to visit all the keys and restaurants. The place had charm, was clean , and had a beautiful setting. The complex pool was very close and nice. Manatees swan up into the canal two of our days there!
