Each unit has assigned 35’ of deep water dockage with electricity and water on the dock (one boat allowed per unit). Our guests will have access to a shared resort size in-ground Saltwater pool (pool is professionally cleaned 3 times a week ), lounge chairs, and a large tiki around the pool area. Under each home, you have a private spa, a gas grill, a bait freezer, and a picnic table. Every unit is 1,740 Sq. Ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath, (bed sizes are 2 kings, 1 queen and 2 twins) open floor plan living area, large laundry, fully stocked kitchen, waterfront porches with Bonefish Bay views, high-speed wireless internet, 5 flat-screen TVs and covered parking for 2 vehicles and a boat trailer up to 37ft. You also have one boat space on the dock and you will only be allowed one boat per unit. (Vehicles and trailer must always stay under your unit) The owners have spared no expense to make Vaca Cove a type of place families would want to stay. They have made sure that you have as many amenities as the large resorts, but the personalized feel of home.
