Situated in Key Colony Beach, this lovely villa for $617 per night is a great option for your next trip. Located in Key Colony Beach, Mimosa Manor is a gorgeous newly renovated designer decorated Canal front villa with a modern coastal feel. It is located across the street from Key Colony Beach golf course. All the amenities you would want for an amazing vacation in the fabulous Florida Keys! Includes access to the cabana club. THE SPACE There is a 1980 sq ft. of living space consisting of two living areas one upstairs and one downstairs with a sleeper sofa high-speed Wi-Fi available free of charge, there are six TVs, kitchen is newly renovated it is stocked with everything you need to cook; pots pans, dishes, silverware, baking sheets, pressure cooker, air fryer and more. Upstairs is an open kitchen dining and living area with an enclosed patio overlooking the fabulous Canal. The master suite upstairs has a king bed that you are able to incline and in suite newly renovated bathroom, also upstairsthe second bedroom has a large extra closet and bathroom right outside the bedroom. Downstairs has its own private living area with two TVs, queen size bed in one room and a king size bed in the other room, bathroom is separated into two rooms for privacy shower and bath. Backyard is equipped with gas grill with BBQ accessories, dining table under Tiki Hut, newly installed 8-person Wellis hot tub with all the bells and whistles including Bluetooth radio. There is a 37-ft dock with fish cleaning station. If you're bringing a boat it cannot be more than 37 feet without board and tilt a position ($200 a day imposed by city if not followed). We provide all bed linens bath and beach towels in addition we provided for your arrival paper towels toilet paper basic cleaning supplies laundry detergent bathroom toiletries to last you a few days recommend bringing additional supplies or buying additional supplies at local supermarkets The local golf course is directly across the street from Mimosa Manor. Located on 12th St. is Sunset Park where lots of neighbors walk to watch the sunset and sing songs a truly memorable experience you don't want to miss. OTHER AMENITIES Two bikes Board games Hot tub Rock ring toss Dining table in yard Tiki Hut Community amenities park located across the street Basketball courts Bocce balls Pickle ball Courts Tennis courts Shuffleboard courts Horseshoes Provided with your stay is exclusive access to the cabana club. There are a variety of restaurants and shops in Key Colony Beach. plenty of shops, activities and restaurants in Marathon all within a 10-minute drive. There is a beach at the Cabana Club and also two beaches in Marathon, Coco Plum Beach (8 miles) and Sombero beach (4 miles). There are two grocery stores Publix and Winn-Dixie (2-miles) The property has a 7-night minimum required by city ordinance and is limited to 10 guests you are required to provide the names and ages of all guest, as well as, your license plate information this you will completed upon arrival and must be on site and available for inspection by Code Enforcement.

House was clean had everything we needed. Great location easy walk to sunset park and cabana club which was great, beautiful pool nice little beach.

Our friends and family had an amazing week at Mimosa Manor. There was enough room for our entire group and we found the house to be fully stocked and had beautiful decor that really made us feel like we were on vacation. We absolutely loved the convenience of the dock and canal with easy access to both the gulf and the ocean. We also really loved the ice machine! That saved us a lot of time and money being able to ice down our coolers of fish and lobster. I would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival the house was clean and welcoming. David is very friendly and was there for all the questions we had. The house is conveniently located for fishing out in the ocean or taking the boat to the bay side for some lobstering. There was plenty of space for the family. Everything in the house was in like Brand New Condition and the rooms were big. I will definitely come back for another great vacation
