About this house rental
Located in Key Colony Beach, this lovely house for $575 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our Home: Bright, spacious single family home with 50 foot step down wood dock and an 80 foot sea wall located on canal. This will accommodate two 25' boats tied up in tandem- (No boat rafting allowed in the canal) or any combination of sizes equal to 50'. Large driveway for ample parking. Concrete house with new furnishings throughout .Freshly painted . Large backyard and Huge 2nd floor screened in porch with dining area. You can access porch from living room area, master suite and the guest bedroom (via walk around porch). 2nd Floor: The 2nd floor has two bedrooms. Master bedroom located on 2nd floor has king size bed and private bathroom as well as a walk in closet. The 2nd floor guest bedroom has queen bed and twin trundle. The 2nd floor living room has queen and full size pull out couch beds. The kitchen, dining area and laundry room are located on 2nd floor. All appliances are New! The stove is also has a convection oven option for even heat throughout oven area ( for those who love to bake!!). There is an under counter wine cooler w/ dual settings for white and red wines!. All bedrooms, living room and dining room have sliding glass doors leading to patio and walk around deck. 1st Floor: The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms. The first room has 2 queen beds. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed. There is a second living room and wet bar that has refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is ample closet space in each bedroom. Each bedroom leads out to the rear yard and dock for early morning coffee break. Living room leads to the rear yard and dock. The Air Hockey table is located in the 1st floor living room!!!!! Televisions/ Internet: All bedrooms and living rooms have large flat screen televisions, a cable box and DVD players. The house is equipped w/ High Speed Internet. Elevator: There is an elevator from the 1st floor living room to the 2nd floor living room. Air Conditioning: Central air conditioning is provided on both levels. Each level has its own thermostat. This is convenient for each families/couples comfort level. Club Membership: Cabana Club membership is included with our house rental. Club has a large pool, beach access and a bar restaurant. Recreation: We provide 2- two person KAYAKS w/ life jackets- a must!!!, 2 BICYCLES w/ helmets- (signed wavers for each guest is necessary to use the kayaks and bicycles). We have an Air Hockey Table for hours of fun at any age. There is a bean bag toss game in the rear yard for outdoor fun. Swimming Pool: We installed a 16' x 35' pool w/ sundeck and seating in the pool. Outdoor Kitchen: New outdoor Professional BBQ, Dual Burner stove top and sink w/ counter area. New Bar counter w/ two refrigerators and 8 bar stools. Blue tooth speakers in the bar! Fishing amenities: You will have access to a Large outdoor freezer to store your ice and fish. There is a large fish table (cutting board) on the dock. we provide a large white boat cooler to store you bait or food while fishing. There is also a renters outdoor storage cabinet w/ a padlock to store gear (this is where you will find life jackets, helmets and paddles). Large Outdoor Ice Maker - makes 80lbs per day General: This is a turn key great vacation house which is large enough for 2 families or 2 to 5 couples to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Plenty of space for everyone. Rates : $3675.00 to 4500.00 per week (plus fees and taxes) There different rates for each week depending on the time of year. This house is amazing - it has two levels which is ideal for two families or for a family with teens who want more privacy. The outdoor area is incredible- a dozen (or more) comfortable lounge chairs; inflatables for the pool; pool toys/corn hole; other seating areas; a whole brand new outdoor bar with a full kitchen; kayaks; bicycles. The house also faces west so you get nice afternoon soon by the canal. A cute mini beach with a pier is within a 5-min walk - great area to watch sunsets. The owner, Eddy, is super nice and responsive. We highly recommend :) Great vacation!

Amazing! Best place we’ve stayed on our annual trip in 10 years. Facilities were well thought out. Plenty of room inside for us 8 adults. Pool, dock, bar, ice machine, freezer, refrigerators everywhere!

Owner Eddie was accessible and helpful.
We utilized the bicycles and access to the cabana club which was better than we expected. Private sandy beach, large pool, bar with food service.

We found Eddie’s place to be better than advertised. Great location on the canal, plenty of room for one boat plus two jet skis, phenomenal pool and backyard, plenty of space for our party of 9, plenty of parking. This was our 10th summer trip to Key Colony and this place was a favorite of the group. There was ample ice in the ice machine, plenty of umbrellas for shade, outdoor games, kayaks, a gorgeous outdoor kitchen which would be great in the cooler months. One of the best parts of the pool for the hot summer months is that it is cooled and very refreshing. We’ve stayed in quite a few homes where the pool water is more like a warm tub, that was not the case here.

Great location. Quiet off the main drag. Home is perfect for multi-family stay with all the extras. A garbage disposal would be a nice addition. Great communication with the owner and a lot of special touches. Cabana Beach Club was a hit with the grand children. Would stay again

This property and the overall experience working with Eddie the host was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The home is KCB perfection. The multilevel living was perfect for our party of 10 and allowed everyone their own space. I cannot say enough about the backyard, pool and dock. We were absolutely blown away once we arrived. The upstairs is quaint and comfortable the downstairs is a fun area with lots to do and the pool is like a 5 star resort. The communication with Eddie was amazing and he ensured that our stay was perfect. If you are looking for a house in KCB this one is not to be missed and I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

Perfect place with a pool
The area is fantastic and this home is perfect. We have been going to Key Colony for 40 years and this has been the best home we have stayed at so far. Our search is over and will be coming back year after year. The house is fully stocked with any amenities you can think of having. The owers have thought ght of everything.

This place was amazing had everything we needed and more From the dock to the fish cleaning station the Weber grill beach towels kayaks Extra life jackets if needed outdoor bait freezer 2 refrigerators inside that is key When you have a large family All the kitchen equipment pots pans utensils that you could ever need is there I don't want to forget about the pool that pool is probably the best feature of the house extra large shelf for the kids sitting area in the deep end for the adults and that swim lane What a great design and well-thought-out pool and deck area. Edwin was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. We will definitely be back next year.....

All You Could Want For a Family Trip
The property was a great size especially for a family of four giving everyone a bedroom if they wanted. The ptrivate pool was a hit and the food around Marathon was good. Great week in KCB
Our week in KCB was great! We love the house and it was exactly as advertised. Everything necessary was provided. The Kayaks and bikes are a great addition and our kids loved the Pool and air hockey table. The fastlane (current generator in the pool) is awesome and provided a ton of fun. The house was spotless. KCB is, in our opinion, the best part of Marathon with its safe walkable neighborhoods and bike path and great canal access! We would definitely rent this house again. For the record - we are also vacation rental owners....and our standards are probably harder to meet than many. That being said - communication with Eddie was superb. Great response time and support during the week.

KCB perfection!
Eddie and Sandra have thought of EVERYTHING to ensure a relaxed, easy, FUN vacation to KCB. Having 2 toddlers with us, we deeply appreciated the safety measures in place in regards to accessing the pool (the door alarms were brilliant!). The pool. Y’all, that pool. We had the best time swimming and splashing around, and the temp control allowed my early rising 3 yr old to splash away before 8am. We also enjoyed the football table. And the layout of the house itself is ideal for families, with separation of space for those that want to sleep in or wake up early. Eddie is so great, easily accessible and happy to answer any questions or troubleshoot. We don’t have enough positive things to say about Eddie, Sandra, and their wonderful vacation home! Thank you!

Great Vacation
We had a great week. House and property are better than advertised. Outdoor pool area is huge and a great place to hang out. House is well equipped and had everything we needed. Two living areas was nice for our large family. Lots of little extras made our stay enjoyable. Location Is great with easy water access to ocean or gulf. Public boat ramp is also located very close by. Eddie was very responsive and dealt with any minor issues immediately. We've already rebooked for next year.

With all this said, we spent most of our time outside. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings, pool, kayaking, biking, naps on the outdoor couches, and walks to the end of the street for sunsets.

The home is located within a very friendly, beautiful community just down from a popular Sunset Park where we watched gorgeous sunsets nightly. We enjoyed the resort-like outdoor area with boat dock, kayaks, and a wonderful pool. The owners supply all of the essentials for a relaxing vacation in the Keys. We hope to go back to this location soon!

This property exceeded all expectations! The attention to detail is amazing. You will not want for anything. Outstanding communication and accommodation throughout the entire rental process. Of particular note was the cleanliness of the property. Everything you need and more is there. Perfect for families or larger groups. The location is so easy to access from both the gulf or Atlantic. 13th birthday get away!
With a family and kids of ages 1 to 13, we had a great getaway and loved hanging around the pool/deck area. Really nice property and very comfortable. Owner was terrific and the dock and kayaks were icing on the cake. We look forward to coming back!

The backyard pool area sells this rental. We felt like we were at a resort. Large pool with lights and fountains. House had plenty of room for our entire group. Kids loved the air hockey table and TV room downstairs for them. We loved it so much we already have rented it for next year.

Great Week in Key Colony
Our week's stay at the Erosa's Key Colony home was delightful. They have planned for everything. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are very nice, there are bikes, kayaks and fishing equipment available as well as a lovely outdoor/pool area. We really never felt a need to leave and enjoyed 3 dinners by the pool with the beautiful lighting. Eddie is very thorough and easy to work with. There is no question that we would love to return. Extraordinary host, great property
The photos don't really do it justice, it's much nicer. The pool is the most well thought out I've ever seen. It goes from 6 inches, perfect for infants and little kids to an "endless pool" lap machine I used every day. Eddie spend close to an hour with me the first day on the phone walking me thru every aspect of the property and was available seemingly 24/7 to help with any questions. No owner has ever done that with me before. Also, his attitude is, "You're on vacation, you shouldn't have to worry if there's enough toilet paper, or washing machine soap, or pretty much anything! I've rented properties that cost more but had no coffee filters, no dishwasher soap, no nothing. Anyway, thank you Eddie!

Property was even better than advertised. Location was perfect for seeing all the Keys. Pool and outdoor area was so perfect and relaxing. Eddie has thought of everything, and provided many things others do not. Everything necessary for bringing a baby, lots of extra towels, the bikes, kayaks, fishing poles...everything! The Key Colony Inn right down the street had amazing food! We used a charter from the KCB marina for fishing. You could have a great vacation and never leave the neighborhood, it was all spectacular!

Relaxing....
This property was perfect for our family! The separate kitchen downstairs and up allowed the different families to wake up and have breakfast on their own terms. We had a family with 8 year old twin boys and a family with a 1 year old and a two year old. So with the different sleeping patterns for the kids (and adults) this was perfect for us! Eddie was the greatest to work with. We will be back for sure!!

It’s equipped with everything you could need from cocktail glasses to TVs but the outdoor space is the highlight. A great pool, lots of outdoor seating, a dock to fish off, kayaks and bikes. We pretty much spent the whole week there
