KEY COLONY BEACH Known as the “Gem of the Keys”, this property is in the charming village of Key Colony Beach, an hour from Key West and about two hours from Miami. Key Colony Beach is its own city, super clean and surrounded by water for true island charm. You can ride bikes and walk everywhere on the island. There is a playground, tennis courts, a Par 3 golf course, basketball courts, bocce courts, a playground, and recently added pickle ball courts. Within easy walking or biking distance is Sunset Park, where everyone gathers at sunset to toast the end of another day in paradise. Also within walking distance is Key Colony Beach’s restaurants including Key Colony Inn, Havana Jack's coffee shop, restaurant, liquor store, charter boats, gas dock, bait shop, rental boats, and a dive shop, SURROUNDING AREA World class white sand beaches are within 15 miles and include Bahia Honda, Sombrero, and Curry Hammock State Park.
