The architecture of the place was fascinating. The hotel and rooms were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I didn't have time to get in the pool, but it looked great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
The only thing I did not like was that after they cleaned my room, they left the door open. Nothing was missing, but I didn't know why. Also, the parking arrangement was ok, but with restrictions. I wish they had their own parking.

Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Pleasant atmosphere and setting. Location near to sites and restaurants.
The description of the superior suite said it included a separate bedroom with king bed and living room area. But that was incorrect. It did have a king bed but otherwise was not different than the regular suite. The price for the not so superior suite was 1100 pesos more, definitely not worth it. We think that they actually do not have rooms with separate bedrooms. Also it would have been nice to be able to have an earlier breakfast time as we were traveling up to El Rosario, and needed to leave earlier than the set time of 8:30.

Beautiful building. Relaxing and comfortable common spaces and the room itself. Comfortable bed, relaxing heated pool. But mostly it was the kind and helpful staff. We are grateful we stayed here for our El Rosario adventure day. Breakfast was also delicious and the coffee my favorite in all of our Mexico travels.
