Warning - does not accept foreign people

We did not get to stay as this hotel does not accept foreigners.

It was bad that we didnt know that this hotel is for Indians only. We were not given a reason why. Made arriving in Chandigah difficult as many other places were full and it was late at night.

Room was fine but TV didn’t had the channels to watch as they haven’t renew their subscription in tatasky. So when one doesn’t want to provide the facilities for entertainment then its better not to keep the TV in the room.

Waste of money ,Fake Photos ,no service ,Inviting problem by paying online

I booked the Room with breakfast through booking.com, when i reached to location ,i found it in a village and very dirty area ,Hotel Counter staff told me that Room is not there and we dont provide breakfast as we dont have kitchen facilities now adays .After requesting and showing booking advance receipt ,they agreed to provide room but Room was very dirty ,I called staff but no one were supporting ,TV not working ,even after 2 hrs water supply in toilet stopped coming ,they said plumbing issue and it will be resolved ,they took 4 hours to resolve . I request to customer ,not to go for this or even booking or Oyo as they dont support after taking money . Oyo customer care dropped the call without support ,totally unprofessional ,it was a waste of money to book through booking .com. oyo told me that breakfast money 7 percent will be refunded by booking.com but dont know it will be done or not ... Dont invite problem for cheaper rate .Booking.com support service is worst .

Fake hotel picture was reflected ,very dirty hotel with no room service ,No breakfast provided as agreed and paid for . No customer service provided or followed to know that customer has got the room or not ,hotel staff not support if book through oyo or booking.com
