Modern Hotel with very friendly staff with beach nearby.

Modern hotel, Family-owned. Very friendly personnel. High-Quality breakfast. Relaxing atmosphere at the pool. Sea-view-room highly recommendable. Near to Beach. Impressive paintings made by the owner.

Unprofessional and frightening

The experience I have had with this hotel has been truly terrifying. I recently stayed here and on the 2nd night I came to discover money was missing from our room. We inquired about this with the hotel manager. Nothing was done. The managers scowled at us for the rest of our stay and made us feel very unwelcome. I wrote a review on google reviews and booking.com about this and the other unpleasant experiences we had with this hotel 1 day ago. After posting this review, the manager found my personal social account on Instagram (extremely unprofessional) and proceeded to threaten me with pictures she had taken of our hotel room. These violating images included personal items and valuables that others could identify me and my friends through. She sent these to me via Instagram and threatened to upload these unless we took our reviews down, screenshots of this are attached. Not only this, but the daughter of the hotel manager also found my personal social media account and tried to follow me. This feels like a complete violation of my privacy and a threat to my safety and personal well-being. Not only was our complaint never addressed but I continue to be harassed by this hotel and the manager. Booking.com (the site I booked this hotel through) is currently investigating this further. Please take caution with this hotel. Here is a direct translation of what the hotel manager wrote to me on instagram, "Hello, thanks for the lies you wrote. We hope you don't want these photos to shine on your profiles? There are more - stains on mattresses, etc".

Great overall, despite a few overly minimalistic features

Good-sized, clean room, with extensible couch that turns into a full-size bed. Very close to a smaller, slightly more private beach than the main ones (although sometimes noisy due to a beach bar). Good restaurant, with decent prices, although not a lot of variety. Large balcony. Pool available (we never used it), garden, plenty of seating outside.

Too much focus on "boutique" minimalism at the expense of comfort. Huge bathroom but just one hook for towels. Very small garbage bins for a triple room. A bit on the expensive side.

- Our room (King room with garden view) was quite big and very very clean (and it was also cleaned every day during our stay!); - The garden in front of the room is small but very beautiful and well maintained; - We particularly appreciated the pool which has a good size and it was also very clean; - The room comes with a balcony where there is a seating area and being on the ground floor, we also beneficiated of a sofa facing the garden; - The breakfast was tasty, it included both eggs, ham, cheese and homemade sweets which we really liked; there was also good coffee and tea and even fresh orange juice every morning

We would have appreciated a shower curtain in order to not splash the entire bathroom at every shower but this can be easily fixed.

great for family stay

great location near to the beach and with great accommodations and infrastructure. The staff was amazing and always on our service. The room was pretty good and comfortable. They even placed a bed for our baby. Definitely we will visit again this place.

Beautiful modern hotel by the beach

Very beautiful hotel, the location is very good - close to beaches (5 min) and walking distance (20 min) to the Sozopol Old Town. The room was clean, spacious, mediteranean vibe and had a sea view. The breakfast was delicious and you could have it by the pool. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience, would recommend this hotel if you come to Sozopol.

This is the best place to stay on the Black Sea.

The hotel was very well kept, and the staff was terrific. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was comfortable. Staying here was the highlight of our Bulgaria vacation.

Exceptional

Warm reception from amazing owners who were ready to assist at every opportunity. Breakfasts were banquets with home made baked treats. Pristine new modern very stylish hotel. Amazing views and sound of the sea from balconies facing coast. Great location. Would highly recommend!!

The room was very clean, the view from the room was nice

The rooms are a little bit too small, the bathroom was way too small, i understand it is a family hotel though.after i reserved the room i asked if it has sea view and the answer was that it has city view and i am free to cancel the reservation if i want. The surprise was that i could see the sea directly from the room but maybe it was a misunderstanding. I did not like this aspect because it confused me initially.

An unforgettable view!

When you enter the room, the view is dreamy, with a beautiful sea view, facilitated by large windows. Very nice and modernly furnished room, big enough, including the terrace. Good and quite diverse breakfast, served in a pleasant place. Friendly and very helpful staff. Location right next to the sea, with easy access to the beach. There are grocery stores nearby.

Only minor issues. A little further from the old town of Sozopol (about 15-20 minutes walk). However, the walk can be pleasant ... And in compensation the area is quiet, unlike the center. On the other hand, the lack of a hair dryer in the room (it can be obtained on request from staff), however, makes a discordant note with the rest of the facilities and the general appearance which are all superlative.

Quiet, clean, classy and comfortable

Very peaceful while in a bustling town during the summer. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, very friendly and professional hosts and great quality home-made food.

Very nice and stylish place, where you feel welcome!

The best stay in Sozopol! Much better than the most expensive hotel in the old city. The place seems to be recently renovated, it looks very fresh and stylish, you can see a lot of details that are put there thoughtfully. This is a family hotel and family that runs it is just amazing: they gave us additional towels for the beach and also made us sandwiches and gave some fruits as we were leaving very early morning. All this at no charge! Overall they are very nice and will make your stay as comfortable as you can only dream of. Room was spacious enough and with a good view to the sea, the nice beach is literally 2 min away, The chef deserves a separate comment: dinner was fantastic, he is really great!

Not regarding the hotel, but the Bamboo beach - make sure you make a reservation for a cabana or a sunbed in advance, as there may be no good ones available. Also there are no towels on the beach, so bring your own.
