So far away from luxury and a lot of basics are missing.

- The view and the location specially if you go in winter - The size of all rooms is good. - Very friendly manager. - Great fireplace with a terrific view!

- The bed was a horrible! It was full mattress instead of a queen and even worst it was super old one and I was not able to sleep the first night. The manager changed it for other one in better condition. This is unacceptable for any hotel/apartment rest and more here that is supposed to be "luxury" - kitchen utensils is very basic and there is no oven (pizza or empanadas or pie in microwave? No way). No pasta strainer or containers. If you plan to cook in the apartment it is not the best place. For a breakfast or a simple thing it is ok. - The pool is the other disappointing point. It was super cold or almost boiling. The jacuzzi is no longer working (since last year as they told us). - The "noice" from the other apartment, there is closed door connecting both apartments (utility room? ) And from there you can hear everything in the other side much more better than talking to someone into your apt.

Nice bungalow in Cerro Catedral.

it was a nice property and confortable.

The property was super dirty when we arrived. We mentioned to the person in charge and he sent someone to clean it.

Very good

Great location if you are going to ski! Very comfortable beds and good linens. Spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Matias at the reception is very attentive and the girls who do the cleaning do a good job.

It says it has two bathrooms but it really has one bathroom (upstairs) and one half bathroom with no shower (downstairs). Poor internet conection. The pool is heated but forget to use it during winter.

Good

Easy access to cerro catedral, lake gutierrez, hiking trails to Refugio Frey and other sites. New cabins with new appliances. Comfortable beds. Large rooms with lots of sunlight. Warm. Very quiet at night allowing true relaxation. The manager Matias on top of every request. Beautiful view of cerro catedral. Safe place.

Not properly equipped for a family of 6 with small kids. No bathtub. Small fridge, no true oven only a stove and an electric oven with no tray. Microwave ok! Had to ask for many utensils which the manager brought right away but still lots of everyday use in a kitchen missing (spatula, grater, peeler, etc). Only tea cups. An espresso machine but no capsules to use it and no regular coffee machine. Outside grill but no tonsils to work the meet or wooden board to cut it. No trays. Although we enjoyed the large windows the way the paths are design from the parking lot you have to walk by other cabins to close for privacy, curtains need to be down if you want privacy. If you are grilling invite the neighbor!! No welcome gift although it was advertise.
