This is one of the best budget hotel we have stayed.near the Tram station and walking distance to the Metro as Well. The owner and receptionist are so welcoming. Great for a short stay over . Great value for money.
We just stayed there last Thursday the 3rd of September,2026z It looked so simple from the outside but it’s nice inside. The room is clean.

Очень приятный и дружелюбный персонал отеля. На ресепшене пока я осталась оформить заезд, один из сотрудников взял наши чемоданы и сопроводил моего мужа в номер. Номер был чистый, постельное белье и полотенца свежие, никаких запахов. Все новое. Кстати, сам отель находится недалеко от метро, также рядом, буквально в 2-3 минутах ходьбы есть много кафешек и ресторанов. Важно кому нужно в аэропорт - остановка автобусов также в 3 минутах ходьбы. Хочется отдельно отметить Рустама - приятный молодой, говорит по русски. Так как мы приехали вечером, а он уже закончил работу, так он нам даже сделал небольшую экскурсию по округе. За это ему отдельная благодарность!!! В следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

El dueño es realmente amable y encantador, desde el minuto 1 se desvive por ayudarte en todo y hacerte sentir como en casa
La ubicación es perfecta porque está muy bien comunicado con todo y el trato es insuperable. No he visto a un turco más amable en mi vida.
El lugar en el q se encuentra es un barrio obrero y al llegar intimida un poco pero es un lugar seguro y tranquilo
