Situated in Lakewood, this lovely house for $145 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Quiet 1700 square foot house that sits on a corner lot. Plenty of parking and 10 minutes away from red rocks amphitheatre. You'll be 15 minutes away from downtown. Three bed room two bathroom house. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the other two rooms have queen sized beds. We have two fire places, one upstairs and one in the kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked with Keurig,blender, toaster, microwave and a spacious dining room. Hard wood floors throughout. Private laundry area is provided for guests. The patio in the back stretches from end to end of the house. Perfect for grilling or morning coffee. Lots of shade all around the property.

This house was a cozy place to stay for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, the dining table massive, and the living areas spacious and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and we didn't feel like we needed anything that wasn't there.
We had one small temporary hiccup but our host jumped on it, on a Sunday morning no less, and helped us as quick as he could. We've done a lot of stays like this and this one was up there with the best.

My partner and I had friends and family come to town to celebrate a birthday. Our house is too small to accommodate everyone comfortably and Hector’s house was perfect. We had the entire place and garage. Bonus that is was dog friendly without any additional fees. Check in/out was easy and we appreciated Hector’s quick response by phone. By far one of the most convent str’s I’ve ever stayed in. Thanks, Hector!

My dad and I were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this place was prefect and a short drive! We both love to walk in the mornings and the neighborhood was perfect for it! Found plenty of places to eat close by. The beds were cozy and place has everything we could have needed.

The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a very good location. The only issue we had was with the low water pressure in downstairs bath sink and the right side of the mattress downstairs collapsing under any pressure.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Perfect amount of space to spread out or be together! Really appreciated all the little thoughtful amenities and utensils. We enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family that went to a red rocks concert. The two levels of the house was great for our family with 3 teens and my parents. As long as everyone is able bodied to go up and down stairs and as long as you like the separation of living area (upstairs) and kitchen (downstairs), this will be a great place for you. It worked for us!

This property was a good deal for the money. Be advised that the kitchen is downstairs (with 2 bedrooms upstairs) so there are lots of stairs. More space to spread out than a hotel, so worth the money for the space. Furniture needed to be more comfortable, so keep that in consideration as well. Host varied in terms of how communicative he was. Close to most places in Denver, including the train and restaurants.

This house was perfect for our family of 3 and would have easily fit a couple more. Close to all the amenities, as well as fantastic restaurants and grocery stores. And a very easy drive to downtown Denver, Morrison and even Colorado Springs. It was our base hub for 7 days and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was in great shape and in a great neighborhood. Neighbors were super friendly (while walking dogs) and back porch was a great place to relax. Owner was super prompt in replying to questions and house was located about 15 minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Denver. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our stay in Denver to visit family. We had plenty of space to host a birthday party, it was clean, well decorated, and the host was very responsive when we needed anything. Perfect location - easy access to everything! I would definitely book it again.

Great home and great host. The property listing was very accurate, and the checkin process seamless. Each time it snowed, the walk and driveway were cleared of snow. Overall an enjoyable place to stay.

We loved this house! We wanted to take our 15 year old grandson to Colorado for fall break this year. It was his first time to Colorado and on an airplane. The house is in a great location. I took us about 15 mins to get to downtown Denver and 40 mins to the airport on a Saturday mid morning. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants near by. The house had plenty of room to spread out. We took the downstairs queen bed and our grandson took the king bed upstairs and his mom the queen bed in the room across. We did not cook, but there was plenty of cooking and eating utensils if we wanted to cook a meal. There is a driveway, so we did not have to find parking along the street, which is always a plus. There is keyless entry, so you do not have to keep track of a key. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. I would book this house if I was in the area again.

My only suggestion would be to add small trash cans to each bedroom. If we travel back to the Denver area we would not hesitate to stay here again! We had an enjoyable stay!!

My wife and I found the accommodations to be very good. We came in for the Thanksgiving holiday and hosted our family for dinner. It was exactly what we were looking for as far as the size and able to seat the number of people we had for dinner.
The host was prompt and helpful in responding to all our questions..

Cute home needs some work
Overall the home was ok. Paint was peeling off the ceilings and it appeared to have lots of mold growing in the return air vent. The downstairs bathroom didn’t have any hot water. All other things were good though. Beds were comfortable.

Great three bedroom house with a nice dining room and large table to accommodate families. We enjoyed many family dinners and game nights. Beautiful back deck/patio, enjoyed morning coffee there. My family and I stayed here for a month while visiting family in the Denver area. Hector was a great host and very attentive to any needs that arose. Thank you.
