Well appointed lodging located on the property of the hosts but in a separate building. Large vacation apartment with separate bedroom and comfortable bed. Large bathroom. The hosts did not remove dry goods (sugar, salt, spices, tea, etc.) left behind by former guests. Payment was made electronically two days before we arrived. Easy access from road. Very quiet. Great internet. Everything is on ground level. Historical note - Kitchen had some plates made in the GDR (former East Germany).
The hosts do not speak much English but since I speak German it was not a problem. An internet translator would therefore be handy. It was not a problem for me but it took a little effort to open and close the gate to get the car in and out. One could always park on the street if you wanted to. Had to drive 15 minutes to get groceries.
