Spacious, comfy and cosy. Liked the original wooden beam ceiling. Bed was large and comfy. Good water pressure. Very close to amenities in town. Great location if you are looking for some hustle and bustle. Great eateries on the doorstep
The hot water is limited and likely runs out while showering. The cleaning was okay but it could be improved in some areas (extractor fans, handles, kitchen utensils). It is on first floor so there would be some noise around the lounge due to restaurants and bars until 12-1am at the weekends.

Great location and very spacious!
Check-in…if no one is meeting the guest onsite, a key box should be installed so you don’t walk a few extra blocks with luggage.
The box with kitchen sponge, dish towel and dish soap is great but if you don’t provide dishwasher soap, 2 kitchen towels would be ideal so you have a hand and dish towel.
The trash and recycling disposal is ridiculously complicated if you aren’t familiar. For just a few nights stay, you should offer to handle for the guests. And maybe putting the different color bags in the trash can would be helpful. There were clear backs in can but everything required transfer to different bags for disposal. It is a waste of bags.
