Located in Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, this attractive house for $484 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Pretty, fully redecorated house of over 200 m2, offering 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 300 meters from the pretty Pramousquier beach. The house is ideal for 2 families, it allows you to go to the beach on foot in 7 minutes, at the bottom of the Rayol hill and near the pedestrian path, everything is possible on foot! It offers a large living room of over 50 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer. There are 2 bedrooms with a large 160 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 80 cm beds that can be separated or pushed together to make a large bed, and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, all the bedding is new and of good quality. The rooms are large, bright and with storage. The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and bath and 3 toilets. There is a utility room with a washing machine, a cot and a high chair. The garden, with an area of 1900 m2 is rather flat, therefore comfortable with young children, it is open and offers a nice view of the hill, it is west facing and is sunny from noon until evening with cool areas ... All the furniture is made to accommodate 12 people. The garden has a boules court and a ping pong table. We love our house that we just bought and that we finish decorating (everything is not finished yet but will be completely finished for Easter…) We love Le Rayol, Pramousquier beach, Canadel (12 mins walk) ), where the beaches are superb, where it is possible to take many walks or bike rides, with many small beach restaurants… in short, a dream location!

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und mit viel Patina in einer grünen Oase gelegen mit Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel - wir, zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern, haben unsere Urlaubswoche hier sehr genossen! Ein Kompliment an die Besitzer, sie haben hier einen Wohlfühlort geschaffen, der mit viel Stil renoviert und eingerichtet ist, das Wohnzimmer könnte aus einer Interiorzeitschrift entsprungen sein - wenn man den Boho Stil mag ist man hier genau richtig! Auch die großzügige überdachte Terrasse ist herrlich zum Sitzen den ganzen Tag über. Der schöne Pool hat eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen und ist auch ideal für kleine Kinder da es einen seichten Bereich zum Sitzen gibt, sehr schön gelöst! Auch die Materialität des Pool selbst in Sichtbeton ist sehr schön und dank abgerundeten Kanten auch sehr angenehm. Es gibt eine Alarmanlage für Kinder, die angeht wenn diese unbeaufsichtigt ins Wasser fallen sollten. Man muss diese jedoch in der Nacht ausstellen da sonst durch Wind auch mal der Alarm losgehen kann. Der Aussenbereich ist toll gemacht mit einer Lounge zum Sitzen und einem Bouleplatz, der sehr schön in den Garten integriert ist und zum Boule Spielen einlädt. Auch der Tischtennistisch hat den Kindern große Freude bereitet! Generell ist der Garten sehr großzügig und weitläufig mit genügend Schattenbereichen den ganzen Tag über vor allem mit Kindern gut nutzbar. Die Gegend um die Ferienvilla ist sehr reizvoll, der Hausstrand war für uns persönlich der schönste in der Gegend mit kristallklarem Wasser, türkisem Meer, feinem Sandstrand und bewaldeten Klippen. Die Randbereiche waren ideal zum Schnorcheln und am Strand gab es die Möglichkeit zu vernünftigen Preisen eine Liege zu mieten. Der Ausflug auf die Insel Poquerolles hat uns sehr gut gefallen und St. Tropez ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Zu Beachten - weil wir es selbst nicht wussten - in Frankreich werden kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Toilettenpapier, Seife, Duschgel im Ferienhaus nicht angeboten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind extra zu bezahlen und selbst aufzuziehen und die Kaution ist mit einem Scheck zu hinterlegen (das erscheint mir nicht mehr zeitgemäss). Alles in allem haben wir eine schöne Urlaubswoche hier verbracht und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Super séjour à deux familles avec enfants en bas âge. La maison est magnifique et bien située, au calme et proche de la mer. Les lieux sont propres et la literie sent merveilleusement bon! Attention : la piscine n’est pas protégée et la maison résonne quelque peu (moins agréable quand il y a six enfants en bas âge 😄)! Je recommande vivement ce lieu plein de charme et dont l’accueil a été parfait!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und toll eingerichtet. Es ist viel Platz und sowohl die Vermieterin als auch die Ansprechpersonen vor Ort wirklich unglaublich nett. Zum Strand kann man zu Fuß gehen, es dauert etwa 10 Minuten den Berg hinunter. wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Ma famille et moi avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette belle maison au charme authentique. Tout la famille s’y est sentie à l’aise. La maison est très agréable: spacieuse, fonctionnelle, chaleureuse et décorée avec goût... parfaite pour une dizaine de personnes. La maison est située près des plages, tout en étant au calme avec une superbe vue sur les collines verdoyantes, très propice au repos. Merci à Stephanie pour son amabilité!
