Situated in The Woodlands, this attractive house for $154 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Inviting 4BR home in the heart of The Woodlands. Well appointed with 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Full beds and a queen air mattress if needed. Fully appointed kitchen with updated appliances - gas oven/range, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, WiFi w/ Amazon TV for the 70" flatscreen. Two other smart TVs located in the master bedroom and the den. A gas grill available in the nicely covered patio to enjoy Texas weather. The master bath has been recently remodeled with lots of light, soaking tub and connected to a very large walk-in closet. Finally, in case you own a Tesla, there is a 220 port in the garage for home charging!

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The house was exactly as pictured & described. Highlights: soft linens, comfortable beds & furniture, plentiful & blankets, coffee, and phone chargers - really made us feel at home. The back deck, complete with lights strung from the pergola, was a great place to gather and enjoy each other's company. If you aren't familiar with the Woodlands, there are miles of wooded trails with ponds and playgrounds. Our host responded almost immediately to every message and couldn't have been nicer. We hope to be back for our next family graduation!

Perfect location for our son’s wedding at the Woodlands Country Club. This property was exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood tucked among the trees. Clean and spacious. The owner was very prompt in all communications, even checking in with us during our stay. The property is exactly as pictured, slightly dated but a good fit for a family of 6.

Great Family Visit
We stayed here during our spring break while in town to visit family. The floor plan is ideal for privacy for guests to have some separation, yet it is all on one level which was necessary for my father. Lovely setting for neighborhood walks with Reedy pond and amenities nearby.

Comfortable, quiet and convenient convenient. We were close to our daughter’s home and all necessary amenities in the Woodlands.
George, our host was very responsive to our needs and easy to deal with. The walking trails in the area were wonderful and we used them daily.

There is both a regular coffee maker and Keurig which was great for our coffee drinking family. The t-v's are excellent so we could have two football games going at the same time!

The property was exactly what we needed. There were a few things I would have liked, like wine glasses but George was amazing, the house was clean and he was so on top of all communications. Great stay!!!!

We rented this house in the Woodlands for our family during my daughter’s wedding weekend. It was probably one of the best houses we’ve stayed in off VRBO. We had a comfortable stay for 3 months with kids. It was a clean and well organized home. The backyard with greenery was a plus. George was a very responsive host and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. We look forward to returning to this property for our future stays.

Texas charm with lots of space to welcome friends
The home was spacious for gathering and eating and we loved being able to have our son and his young family there for meals and social time. Kitchen with the 60' round table was ideal for meals and games. Just a very restful and comfortable home, perfect for vacation and enjoyed the location to shops and restaurants. Hope to return!

We had a great time staying at this property. The owner was very prompt, helpful and informative with the questions I had due to the Texas freeze. I would definitely recommend as well as book next year for my event.

House is incredible. Near all Woodlands attractions, small yard for dogs, and one side of the house is windows with a beautiful view of nature. Kitchen was well stocked, even had a spice rack!
We did somewhat miss having end tables in the main living space when we were at the home watching the super bowl, however there is a TV near the eat in kitchen if you want to watch and eat.
Mobility friendly in the guest bedrooms. Home has ramp leading to the front door. Primary bed is a little tall and primary bathtub does not have anti slip on the steps so just be careful in those areas. Did have grab bars in the primary bath shower.

Perfect Getaway/Stay-cation
We didn't want to go real far from home - but about an hour away seemed just right. Finding someplace that would allow our pups was required and we found everything we needed here. George was awesome and very responsive to our couple of questions we had. The house is immaculate and had everything we needed. Super convenient to many stores/restaurants and the freeway. We would definitely stay again!!

House located in great location in quiet neighborhood in the center of The Woodlands. Close to park and hiking trails. Plenty of room inside, the only drawback is that it’s pretty dark and the lighting is not intuitive.
