We live in the larger house of this property and we like to respect the privacy of our guests and normally do not interact, unless it is by request or absolutely necessary. Houston is relatively easy to explore, especially when staying in a place like this where transportation options are abundant. Please respect the check out on time as our cleaning crew arrives within minutes of check out time. - Small dogs around 20 lbs may be accepted on a case-by-case basis; but please check with us first if you plan on bringing your furry companion. Kennels are the preferred housing, but we have a private backyard as well. All dog droppings will need to be picked up by guest and is not included in our cleaning fee. - Avoid heavy cooking, i.e. deep frying, cooking curry, fish etc strong smell food--unless of course you're cooking for us!.
