We celebrated a big family birthday in this fabulous place. We were a real mix of ages, the kids loved the party room for movies and Karaoke and the space outside for playing sports. The adults loved the big comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, bbq, sauna and of course the hot tub. The birthday girl was beyond delighted. Thank you so much for having us.

Hot tub is a bit far from property but I can understand why because there are big trees at the back.

The atmosphere of the place as an old school house converted into a small hotel that suited the extended family for a short stay. Good facilities include outdoor hot tub, sauna, basket ball area, dance room, plenty of parking

The property is near a busy road with speeding traffic. It is a couple of miles from town. Some rooms are ready for paint & decor update.

Great facilities available for a party! Hot tub and sauna were a big hit as was the disco room and karaoke although did have to pay extra for these.

Needs maintenance and a good clean and tidy up inside and out. Fresher linens and towels would be expected for something in this price range. Was glad I’d taken a few larger cooking pots with me.
