Nestled in Portland, this lovely house for $544 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Immaculate 1890s home, 2200 sqft of warm brick, leather, polished wood, brass, fine art. Separate Bedrooms sleep 9, plus a pullout sofa. Prime location in downtown NW Portland's Nob Hill/Slabtown neighborhood. Quickly walk to NW 23rd street's restaurant row or to Forest Park trails. Drive 5 minutes to Blazers Games. 5 Minutes to Timbers Games. 20 Minutes to Nike. Lots of amenities, lots of rooms for privacy, lots of space for gathering. Christopher's Review: Overall rating: 5-Star: "Can't say enough good things about Leah and the property. It's the coolest house I've stayed in and Leah was almost immediate to respond at all times if needed. The one special request I made was accommodated well beyond what I even hoped. 5 stars across the board for sure." Cozy heated wood floors, gas fireplace; sliding glass wall opens to peaceful private outdoor living area with deck, patio, and fruit garden. Big open kitchen. Beautifully furnished. Perfect for family events, business trips, groups events. We've hosted many wedding groups, birthday reunions, film crews, even famous bands! Walk to groceries, breweries, Timber's games, Portland's best bars, restaurants and shops. Short drive to everywhere that matters. Public transportation 1/2 block. 3 blocks to hike in Forest Park and 3 the other way to NW 23rd strolling, shopping & dining. Don't be fooled by houses that say they sleep 10, and have a bunch of beds and pull outs crammed into 2 bedrooms. Enjoy separate bedrooms and three full bathrooms, two separate TV sitting rooms, a wet bar, deck with grill, patio and garden with table and chairs with room for the whole group to enjoy Portland. We loved the location of this older house. It worked well for our stay in Portland.

Leah was extremely nice and responsive. We were able to check in early, and everything was clean and organized. There were a ton of yummy restaurants we walked to and a great bakery for breakfast treats/coffee. The area around the kitchen was perfect, place to sit and talk or eat.

The property is beautiful! Leah was a great communicator and reached out as soon as I made the reservation to touch base. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. The house was clean and provided a lot of space to host our nine-person group. The downstairs in particular was a great space for playing games with a large group. The location was perfect for a vacation in the city.

Large space that can house 8-10 people comfortably. The place has a lovely shaded backyard and several bars and restaurants within walkable distance. Nice trail (~5 minutes) that was great for runs or short hikes. Leah was super responsive and helpful. 5/5 would recommend!

This is a wonderful house in an ideal location. And the host was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully appointed inside and the backyard was a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. I highly recommend this home.

We spent our son’s graduation weekend at the house. We were a group of 9 and the property worked well for us. The location was very convenient for all of our activities. We would definitely recommend the property!

Great location and communication
We had a big family vacation at Leah’s property, was a great house for kids and adults to hang out. There were a few separate lounge areas which was nice so we all had somewhere to relax. Leah was very prompt and had great communication

Our family had a wonderful stay. We especially appreciated the upstairs/downstairs configuration. My daughter and her spouse took the upstairs bedroom, and my 3 year old granddaughter had the room next to theirs. My husband and I were downstairs and had the bathroom with the walk in shower. Sister in law had the other downstairs bedroom and bath to herself. Granddaughter was delighted with all the toys downstairs. The mini kitchen downstairs was perfect for us to make coffee in the morning, and tea in the afternoon. The kitchen upstairs was well stocked with pots, pans, cups, etc. We had everything we needed to prepare Christmas dinner. And, we were delighted by the fully decorated Christmas tree!

This house was perfect for two families to stay together over Thanksgiving weekend. There are has plenty of spaces to socialize and also to break away from the action for a bit. It is very well stocked with cooking equipment. We all loved the character of the house, which retains a lot of historic elements, and there's also some really fun and interesting art. There is a spiral staircase between the upper and lower floors which require some attention if you're wearing slippery socks or shoes. The location is prime, with groceries, shopping, and restaurants all within an easy walk. I would definitely stay here again!

The backyard/patio area was like dining in our own private restaurant. Be aware of the somewhat steep and narrow staircase that would be challenging for the elderly or small kids. Would definitely stay again if we had a chance!

We were in Portland for my daughter’s wedding. We had plenty of room for my family and my sister’s family. Quaint upstairs and nice downstairs. We liked the back deck and courtyard the best. We would have spent the entire time out there if we had not been there during historic heat. Nice and clean. Close to grocery and local restaurants and cafes.

This is a remodeled house in a nice urban neighborhood within walking distance to several restaurants, market and grocery store. Our host was perfect. Met us at the property just to give us a tour and was available at all times on her cell phone. She was not intrusive at all. Never saw her again because we had no problems. Perfect balance of availability and privacy. Nice space in the back yard, which was relatively private considering the urban setting. We would stay there again.
