Snowmobile, ATV, kayak, hike, fish and swim all from your doorstep. Located on Haley Pond 5 minute walking distance to Main Street of village of Rangeley Snowmobile/ATV trails from front door 30 minutes to Saddleback Mountain Stunning all season views of Haley Pond and mountain ranges Kayak, swim, and fish off property dock in summer months (3 Kayaks included) 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths Upper level: Master suite (King bed, master bath with shower and double sink, walk in closet) Main floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed & 1 with 2 twin beds), full bath with shower Lower level: 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), family room, half bath Full kitchen with everything you need for family meals including dishwasher, microwave, cuisinart coffee machine, lobster pot, crock pot, blender, handheld mixer, cookie sheets Screened in porch Huge deck overlooking pond Outdoor: Gas grill (Available mid-May through mid-October), fire pit Viewing gas stove on main level Gas fireplace in family room Games: Ping pong table on lower level, WII, Playstation II, games, puzzles, DVD player 2 HDTVs: Direct TV (Premium channels included), 1 smart TV with Apple TV WIFI Washer/Dryer Hairdryer Dog friendly home -must have approval. Please note - this home has a steep, small driveway. 4WD and good snow tires are needed in the winter. The Town of Rangeley does issue overnight parking passes for snowmobile and ATV trailers at the end of the street this home is located on. This home does have direct ATV trail access. If when renting at one of our homes with trail access, please ride to and from the trail access only. Do not ride around the property or up and down roads. We want our guests to be good neighbors and enjoy the area without disrupting others, so please help with this so everyone can enjoy their time here in Rangeley. Beautiful home with amazing views and plenty of activities in the area. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication was great and we look forward to another stay.

A beautiful home right on the pond. Views from almost every window. Loved both of the gas fireplaces which added a cozy vibe to our family's Thanksgiving in Rangeley. We could literally walk to town, even in the very cold weather of that week-end. The town rolled out its Christmas spirit with horse drawn carriage rides, door prizes, free cocoa.

We all loved the nice quiet cabin on the pond had everything we needed to relax and enjoy nature to its fullest. Plenty of trails nearby to walk to, easy walk into town as well. Nice to have kayaks right there to explore the pond with. Do note that since the pond is shallow, water shoes are a must but it is a great place to be.
Definitely on the list for a repeat visit!

Thoroughly enjoyed a small family vacation here. The location could not be beat. Off the beaten path for privacy, yet close enough to enjoy all that Rangley has to offer. We enjoyed walking into town for dinner, walking the dogs along the trails, kayaking, and listening to the loons on the lake while sitting on the deck. This home was very clean and well stocked with cooking supplies, games, TV, etc. There is also plenty of room for a family to spread out.. We had a great time and highly recommend this rental. Thank you!

Great place to stay
We loved Haley Pond House. We visited in the summer. The house is clean and has a lot of games, puzzles, bocci ball, horse shoes and a ping pong table. The view of the pond is lovely and we had beautiful sunset views. There are several hang out areas and a huge deck, PLUS the screened in porch, which was fantastic. There is a loft next to the master bedroom with a pull out futon and writing desk. The location of the house is good - you can walk to downtown, but it's quiet and there's almost no traffic on Depot Road. I was worried about the ATV trail nearby, but it really wasn't an issue for traffic or noise while we were there.
We liked being on the pond, because there isn't any motorized craft on the pond, so kayaking and paddle boarding is safe and really enjoyable. You can hear the loons and bullfrogs, there are lots of birds and wildlife, compared with Rangeley Lake, which is noisier. You can paddle around the whole pond and see beaver dams and herons and water grasses - it's just beautiful. Or you can paddle to the ice cream place in town :-) Many times the pond was like glass and perfect for paddling. The dock is visible from the deck so if you have kids, you can see them hanging out.
Things to know - the basement bedroom has no window, so if you're claustrophobic, it wouldn't work. The kitchen/dining area is tight, so if you have a lot of people in the kitchen, it gets congested. Internet was spotty, which matters if you need to work from the house or want to stream something, but our AT&T signal was fine. The pond is not great for swimming. Getting in is rocky and the bottom of the pond is mucky. Then, once you're out there, there's a lot of seaweed and lily pads. If you're going to swim, bring water shoes, or paddle out and then hop off your board in a clear spot.

As good as it get!
We are regular renters for over twenty years in the Rangeley area and have stayed in many beautiful homes. Morton and Furbish Rental agency go above and beyond to find you the perfect home to fit your needs! This was perfect for our girls' get-away with every accommodation met. The home is lovely with a great view, close to town, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen!

Nearly ideal setting for family vacation
2 adults, 5 kids had plenty of room and plenty to do at this beautiful home.
Haley Pond was perfect for kayaking (and kayaks, paddles, and life jackets were all available!). The location is excellent—it feels private, but not isolated; and we could walk or kayak to town for ice cream.
One thing to note is that, while Haley Pond is wonderful for swimming (clean and cool, not cold), entering the water isn't so easy. The dock is in shallow water, so you can't jump in; and the bottom is covered with slippery, algae-covered rocks, so wading out to deeper water is difficult and not so pleasant. Best bet, we found, was to jump out of a kayak.
For a rental, the Boucher house's kitchen is remarkably well equipped—mixing bowls, small appliances, many pots and pans (could use a second sheet pan), grill utensils, popcorn popper, decent knives, spices... For that matter, the whole house was well equipped: a selection of games and puzzles, electronics including Wii, horseshoes, fire pit, guide books and maps.
We enjoyed our time at Boucher immensely, and I'd recommend the house without reservation. Furthermore, Morton & Furbish are a pleasure to deal with.

Snowmobiling
House was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Everything in the description of the house was truthful and accurate. The only negative is that the driveway is very steep and not accommodating for a trailer. However we were able to unload the trailer and park it a short distance down the road. Also the toiletries provided were tiny and I mean tiny bars of soap and no shampoo, certainly no big deal but just a heads up to future guests. The check in and communication with rental agent was fantastic. They were extremely accommodating and responded immediately to any questions
