This penthouse unit is the entire 4th floor - newly remodeled, it is just breathtaking! This is 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and accommodates up to 12. With space galore, some of the best features are the huge balconies with outstanding ocean views. ( over 1000sq ft of balcony space!!) Plenty of room for the entire family to congregate to watch the sunrise and sunset. The owners have overlooked nothing to make your stay the best ever, including Free Wi-Fi, 5 TVs with infinity digital and movies. The building has an outdoor pool that is shared with 6 other units, and there is parking for 2 cars. Reserve early, because this one books quickly! This property is non smoking and does not allow pets. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. Gorgeous suite, we stayed with 6 adults and 5 children (including 2 infants). Plenty of room. Loved all the balconies. So close to the beach, and all the other fun OC has to offer. Be sure to pack anything you may need, there is very little supplied by the house- things like tissues & paper Towels, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. we rented linens & towels and they supplied Comforters, but no other blankets to be found. Definitely would recommend, very clean, just know it’s not a typical VRBO rental where the house is stocked with essentials & personal touches

Great location and beautiful place. 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants very close by that you can walk to. The condo was very spacious and stocked with everything you need. The multiple balconies were great and had awesome views of the ocean and the bay. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this “penthouse”! It was perfect for our blended family vacation with our adult children! Great location! Plenty of room inside and outside! Very clean and exactly as it was described! The “kids” are already asking if we can rent it again next year!

This is really a great condo. Has just about anything you could ask for. It's a really large place so great for big families which is hard to find in OC. Location couldn't have been any better also. We really enjoyed it and ourselves. I would honestly say our only complaint, if you can call it that, was the water pressure wasn't the greatest. But for all the other wonderful things we could definitely live with that. Thank you again for a great stay!

This is a beautiful unit. The layout is great. Large balconies. I did have an issue when I used the jacuzzi. A large amount of black residue came from the jets. It was very unpleasant. Also the furniture has stains on all cushions. Otherwise the location is great. The beach is very clean and beautiful.

Beautiful. Reported a few repairs that were needed. Problem getting sheets and towels. Resolved but with a few issues. Should be easier to have beds made and towels available. Should be toilet paper in each bathroom upon arrival. Otherwise a lovely condo in great location. I would recommend.

Royal Beach 401 is a beautiful condo. Very upscale and modern, well maintained, and a great location. Very short walk to the beach and great views. Amenities were fantastic. We would definitely rent this again in the future.

Loved, loved, loved this property. The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is even more beautiful if person. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. Due to Covid 19 the restaurants were only serving take out so we spent the majority of our Memorial Day weekend trip at the condo so the space came in handy. The views from the balconies were amazing. We didn’t get to see a sunrise because it was cloudy every morning. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities. The beach is a half block away. Already put in a request to book the property for our annual trip next year.

Perfect!!!! Luxury condo, extremely well maintained, clean and furnished. Decor and furnishings are high end. Not inexpensive, but worth every penny!! Plenty of space for everyone to mingle, but also enough room to get away from the others when needed. Everything you could ask for for a great vacation.

The penthouse was absolutely perfect and we would LOVE to come back again one day! Great location and beach views from every room! The house was very very clean (and I'm a psycho clean freak lol), beautifully decorated and very welcoming. It was perfect for two families, with lots of extra space for everyone. Resort rentals was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a memorable week!

My family stayed at this unit in September 2016. If you want a place that is fabulous, comfortable, private, spacious and clean. Royal beach 'Seas the Day' is just a wonderful place. Everything is well appointed, clean and comfortable. This is the largest condo I have ever stayed in at Ocean City and in my opinion is the nicest. Why stay at the Hilton when you can book this place for the entire family for less money, have more room and more places to stretch out. The location was perfect. Views and sounds of the beach. Watch dolphins right from the living room. Give this place a try, you will not be let down.

My family stayed here a couple weeks ago for the first time and absolutely loved it! The kitchen and family room areas are surrounded by windows and the beach view is stunning from here. This condo is at the top floor and we would call it the Penthouse:-) We would sit on one of the several patio/porches and drink coffee in the mornings and watch the sun set in the evenings. The condo is very nicely decorated, modern furniture, and very spacious. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo. We will definitely be going back here and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of renting it (just not on the week that I want to rent it :-) )

This property is truly a very unique accommodation as you can clearly tell from the online pictures. The top floor condo (my group called it the Penthouse) spans the entire length/width of the building and the moment you walk into the unit you are already thinking that you are not going to want to leave. Everything was perfect and I can't think of anything else that would have made our stay more enjoyable. My group asked several times during the weekend to return back to the unit when we were out entertaining at restaurants as the open floor plan and top of line audio/video equipment made it a great place to unwind and relax. The owner has spared no expense and you will truly not be disappointed. We can't wait to come back!!!

We come to OC most every year to enjoy the beach and St. Patty's Day parade. We have stayed at many luxury beachside places over the years, and consider ourselves picky and know what we want. Seas the Day definitely has the "wow" factor as advertised - incredible views of water, very spacious, immaculate, and classy decor. Even saw dolphins swimming near the beach from the family room! We will absolutely be back.
