The official pool season runs from May 23rd-September 28th 2026.

Perfect place for our family. Everyone had their own space. Easy walking to anything we needed, only steps away from the beach. The place was well equipped with supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a great experience and absolutely loved the house. What a fantastic view, the porches are just unmatched especially for eating and hanging out. Vinh and Cathy are incredibly responsive and easy to reach! We highly recommend their place and would re-book in a heartbeat! Thank you for a lovely weekend!

We really enjoyed your place and would definitely want to book it again sometime in the future. We know everything takes time to improve or upgrade a house. My husband is a contractor and he did notice two of your toilets really need to be looked after before something tragic happens. The second floor And the main bedroom off the kitchen. The toilets rock and that can be dangerous. You might wanna let a plumber look at that. Other than that, we really liked it. The entrance in there was a broken piece ceramic crab by your door when we got there. We know that trash day is Tuesday but because of the high winds and 48th Street was like a wind tunnel we knew your trash cans would be blowing into Ocean Highway. So we still left them underneath where they were. He followed your instruction and we also took pictures how we left the house. Something I’ve always done for years. Thank you again and hopefully you’ll let us rent from you in the future.
