Sehr netter Host, die Absprache war immer schnell und unkompliziert, die Ausstattung war hervorragend, die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen sodass Olbia gut zu Fuß erkundbar ist, die Anbindung an den Flughafen via Bus ist auch sehr gut. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Wohnung um die schöne Stadt Olbia zu erkunden. Gerne wieder.
Als einzigen Abstrich, bzw. Was zu beachten ist, die Wohnung befindet sich im EG direkt an einer zwar kleinen aber dennoch recht befahrenen Einbahnstraße daher kann es u.U. etwas lauter werden bzw. Bei offenen Vorhängen und Jalousien kann direkt in das Wohnzimmer geblickt werden. Empfanden wir allerdings nicht als störend, es ist dennoch eine sehr gute Wohnung gewesen.

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro y con un gran aparcamiento gratuito a 300m
No tiene buen aislamiento y al ser un bajo a pie de calle, se escuchan todos los coches/gente que pasa.
Las cortinas podrían ser un poco más pocas para que no se te viera desde fuera.

Great location in the old town walking distance to restaurants shops and the port of Olbia - great to have some apartment space with a living room, bedroom and kitchenette! Really good information booklet on restaurants and things to do supplied. Good security 2 locked doors and good air-conditioning. Owner emphasises the importance of turning off lights and air-conditioning when leaving the apartment which we support these environmental values. If you do forget to turn off (as we inadvertently did once) the owner checks and enters the apartment to turn it off for you.
One of the doors was a bit tricky to lock (hold door in and turn key 3 times) it would have helped to have some instructions on this as this would have saved the owner having to lock it for us - he helpfully checked the doors when we were out and locked it properly . The 2 rolls of toilet paper supplied didn't last our 5 day stay with travellers belly so maybe an extra roll ?
