Great hotel, don’t use valet

Rooms were great

The valet over charged me and they haven’t refunded me. They use a text message system where you pay before picking up your car and it had some sort of glitch where I had to pay 4x instead of 2x, you should only have to pay once a day

Great if passing through and wanting something nice, don’t expect anything remarkable.

Great facility, Canopy hotels are always great to stay at. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space for bags. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff just went through the motions, valet staff especially were hard to find and not very helpful. Bar in common area had very limited operating hours which was inconvenient. Some of the furniture in the room was already chipped, cracked. Nothing major or dangerous, just noticeable.

Front desk staff were nice as well as the valet. Very nice hotel. Front desk assisted by letting me borrow a charger for the night for my phone. The bartender was nice.

The WIFI connection was horrible. Many of the food selections I ordered, you were out of.

The location was central and close enough (average of 10-15 mins drive) to a lot of activities and shopping; yet tucked-away enough to escape noise pollution.

Will not consider staying here in the future.

The location for us was the best part of our stay.

Hated the parking situation. NO access to the building from the garage, had to walk a block and a half in 100+ heat to get to the lobby, had to pay for parking whether it was valet or self park. Everything is done electronically on your cell phone. Not much actual interaction with the staff because their faces were always in their phones inputting information. We also didn’t care for the restroom set up with the sliding glass door. No microwave to warm up your coffee if needed. The covers were so thick and heavy you’ll sweat, even with the thermostat turned down to 67!

The staff was nice and the overall appearance was nice

The breakfast was over priced, the room had carpet stains, the phone was very dirty (caked up brown stuff and dust bunnies). I didn’t feel confident that the sheets were clean.

Overpriced. Ac did not work at all. Switched rooms. $25 parking fee daily. Furniture was very uncomfortable. No breakfast - you have to pay if you want. Most likely would not recommend or come back

One and done (Lesson learned)

The location was about the thing I liked. The lady at check-in was very pleasant. Checking out was a nightmare. They charged my card 5 times which caused a huge mess. My credit company suspected fraud.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking everyday, what a rip off. The room was not clean, especially for the price. I had to clean the floor in the bathroom myself. Also the carpet in the room was not clean, the dirt and dust on the alarm clock was just disgusting. It's a fairly new hotel but you can tell they rush thru to clean them. This hotel was just not for me. I know we are for the most part out of Covid but cleanliness should always be most important.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable also the staff was very nice good customer service hotel was in a nice area

The hallways and elevator smelled a lot like weed and my son had bad asthma I don't think they should let anyone be smoking weed in the rooms because that's a strong smell and spreads fast all over the hotel
