Staff was super sweet and helped us so much with calling taxis ect. When I was sick, the owner offered to make me off the menu items for my stomach. Everyone was super friendly, I made so many friends while staying here! The owner knows everything that needs to be known about Patan, he is a great tour guide. The hotel itself is located in such a good location, you can walk anywhere. The rooms were clean, the showers had hot water, and staff gave us complimentary bottles of water daily. They also offered laundry service. The hotel was always accessible when we needed to leave or come back after hours, they were extremely responsive over whatsapp.

야외 레스토랑에서 보내는 시간이 정말정말 만족스러웠어요. 음식도 괜찮았고, 조용하게 하루를 시작하고 마무리하기에 좋았어요. 직원분들도 모두 친절했습니다. 화장실이 좀 작았지만 방은 전체적으로 무난했어요. 겨울이었던지라 히터도 충분히 따뜻해서 좋았고요.
일단 맨처음에는 건물이 조금 숨어있어서 잘 찾아야합니다. 그리고 화장실에 샤워커튼은 주기적으로 교체해야할 것 같아요. 뜨거운 물을 기다려야한다는 얘기는 체크인때 들었지만 생각보다 더 많이 기다려야했습니다.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we arrived late at night but they still served us a drink and checked that we had everything that we needed. The room was basic but clean and comfortable.
Would have liked more coffee in the room but was given some when we asked.
