The mattress was very comfortable. Room and common areas very clean.
In addition to thin walls and lots of little noises inside, the street noise was louder in the room than on the actual street. The cars, motorcycles and loud people were bad, but also a band that played somewhere on the street kept me awake the entire second night. At 11 pm I had to put on noise cancelling headphones and slept in them, though not much sleep due to the discomfort.
Parking was convenient in the garage next door, but also inconvenient to get ticket validated at desk on every return.
