The room and location were more than well equipped for the couple days I stayed; close to the college campus for work obligations alongside collegiate opportunities to meet people around the hotel/city fabric that are easily walkable and navigable.
My only negative was the price for the booking this year. In direct relation to last year's rates at the exact same dates, the price was over double for half the stay and the exact same package/room accommodations. If/When I need travel for work/school obligations next year, I will highly prioritize another space for booking in wanting to save money for other expenditures - especially in the current economy.

Good location, very large room and walking distance from restaurants, North Carolina State and other amenities.
I arrived an hour after check in time and still had to wait another 40 minutes to check in. The front desk staff could have been more communicative about what the issue was.

Convenience was main feature. Room adequate for 1 night stay.
Bathroom very small. A nicer chair, other than plastic one, would have been nice. No place to sit but bed or plastic chair.
