Living area features all new furniture, breakfast bar, dining area, Pac Man game, and a 70” TV. Large sliding door opens up to a private, fenced in backyard. Low maintenance tile floors throughout the home. Queen-sized sleeper sofa available for guests. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining area and features a breakfast bar. Kitchen is stocked with lots of extras for your stay. Laundry room features a full sized washer and dryer. For your dogs, a dog bed and accessories available to use during your stay. The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed, extra large walk-in closet, 50” TV, and private bathroom. After a long day in the sun, it's the perfect place to escape for some quiet, private time. Curl up in the cozy corner chair with a good book and relax…. Separate from the master suite are two more bedrooms for your guests. One bedroom features one bunk bed with a trundle, twin bed, and a 40” TV. The other bedroom features a king-sized bed and 50” TV. Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
