About this condo rental

Situated in Châtel, this attractive condo for $528 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. With direct access to the slopes and a large terrace with jacuzzi, this exceptional flat sleeps 8 comfortably. It has 4 bedrooms, including one for children with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a total surface area of 120 m². The large open-plan living room, with its cathedral ceiling, is spacious and bright thanks to its large picture windows with views of the surrounding mountains. A wood-burning stove warms the room and the atmosphere. After a day in the mountains, you can relax in the outdoor jacuzzi, with views of the slopes and valley. The View is one of the only residences in Châtel with direct access to the slopes and close proximity to the village centre. All you have to do is put on your skis at the foot of the residence to reach the first ski lifts. To get to the centre and all the activities, restaurants, bars and shops, you can take the side paths or the road on foot. The free shuttle bus stop is just 100 metres from the residence. So you can enjoy your stay without needing your car! This recently built residence has a contemporary design, combining modernity with Alpine charm. The interiors, designed by a professional decorator, are a perfect blend of contemporary décor and mountain ambience. A large, bright living room, comprising : Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room Dining room opening onto the living room, with a large table for 8 people Lounge with sofas, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove Access to the terrace with jacuzzi and views of the village and valley Sleeping area: One large bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom (shower, heated towel rail and WC) One bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be made into a double bed, with storage space One bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) and storage space Large bathroom with bath, shower, heated towel rail and toilet Separate toilet Annexes : 2 indoor parking spaces, accessible by car lift (Dimensions: Length 5.46m; Width 2.40m; Height 2.00m). Private ski locker EQUIPMENT Washing machine Dishwasher Ceramic hob Fridge Freezer Oven Microwave oven Wifi OPTIONS Final cleaning: included in the price. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, crockery and rubbish bins; a supplement of €80 will be charged to tenants if this is not respected. Linen: included (sheets and towels). Beds made on arrival: included. Cancellation insurance: optional at 4% of the rent. Multipass optional at €2.50 per person per day. INFORMATION Direct access to the slopes. Close to the village centre. Snow tyres / chains are required during the winter season. The exit from the car lift is on a bend, making it difficult for vehicles over 4.8m long and 1.9m wide. Pay parking is available 800m from the residence. Visitor's tax: extra charge of €2.30 per night per adult (aged 18 and over). To be paid on arrival. Pets: not allowed. Deposit: €2,000

Très belle semaine à Châtel
Très bel appartement, très confortable avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Le jacuzzi en fin de journée est vraiment un must. L’emplacement est également idéal à trois à quatre minutes de marche du centre du village (sur les pentes enneigées...). Le seul bémol est l’accès parking avec un ascenseur dont il est vraiment difficile de sortir (BMW X3). Mais encore une fois… très belle semaine !
