Located just outside Ostuni, Masseria Ayroldi is a great option for exploring Puglia.
The pool area was amazing, and we had so much fun in and around the pool. The pool bar was also perfect for our needs, with nice cocktails and snacks.
Overall, the Masseria is very well preserved and maintained, and the place always felt clean and welcoming.
The staff were amazing. They took care of all our needs, gave us great tips, and answered all our questions.
Food: breakfast was great, with plenty of options and variety. Many of the pastries and cakes are made by the owner, Debora, who was also kind enough to write down the recipe for our favorite cake of the week.
The restaurant is open in the evenings, which we found to be a perfect solution after long days of exploring. They offer a daily-changing menu, with a decent selection of wines. The food was very good and reasonably priced.
Large parking lot with easy access and plenty of space.
Great for couples of all ages and for small families. Highly recommended!
WIFI reception is not the best. Did not interrupt us personally, but could be a problem for those who must be connected at all times.
A solution for the wasps at breakfast will be appreciated :) Also fans in the breakfast area during hot mornings will be great.

Everything, honestly. The masseria itself is beautiful — proper old stone, olive groves all around, and completely quiet at night. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, generous, and different enough each day that we never got bored. The staff were warm and genuinely helpful, and they had no problem accommodating us travelling with a small child (the cot was set up before we arrived). The pool was the anchor of the week — clean, never crowded, perfect for cooling off in the afternoon heat. Location is ideal: 10 minutes to Ostuni, easy reach of the coast and Valle d’Itria towns, so you can do day trips and still be back for a swim.

The location and staff
Children related to the owner played football in the courtyard where guests were trying to have a quiet drink and also threw full plastic water bottles around next to guests and also rode their bikes around narrow walk ways
This was very irritating.
