The location is absolutely perfect with the Prescott National Forest on one side and the city of Prescott Valley on the other. Days were spent exploring the multiple nearby National Forests; hiking, fishing or simply taking in all of the natural beauty and history within the mazes of roads and small towns that traverse the landscape here. Nights were spent in this amazing home where the light show of stars is a cant miss (clear view of Milky Way) while you relax on the enormous deck. This is a very special home, fully stocked with all the things you would ever need whether it is work or play. I was here for an extended period as I was house hunting in the area, and can attest this is a magnificent home with more amenities then I would ever use, it is the absolute best location in the Prescott and nearby MSA’s, sits on several acres so tons of parking and even has a fenced in area with doggy door access if you have to bring fido along with. Of all the places I have stayed, this one just felt like “home.”
The only thing I did not like is that I could not purchase this home, lol… Maybe one day! The property managers are amazing people, if you get to meet them you have been blessed.. I cant think of anything I didnt like.

It was very quiet with beautiful views. There are only 5 houses in that area. It is a short drive to both Jerome and Prescott Valley.

I liked the views from the deck, most of all. And the wildlife. And the chickens. It was a homey place to hang out in for a few evenings. And Sara was very pleasant and helpful. We had a good time.
We thought that the kitchen needed more supplies of plates, glassware, utensils, pots, and such. Just a suggestion. It did not affect our stay.
