Smart TV & WiFi are provided for your convenience! Kitchen: Offers a convenient and practical layout and a great space to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals. Gather together with loved ones in this beautiful and thoughtfully designed home. Complete with all the necessities of home including a refrigerator, oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and a Keurig duo type drip / k cup coffee maker! There are plenty of pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and spices. Bedroom 1: A King- sized bed sits at the center of this space and a window that opens up to the expansive Verde Valley and distant Sedona Red Rocks! This room is access by a sliding barn style door from the family room. Second Bedroom: equipped with a queen-sized bed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. Bathroom: There is one bathroom just off the 2nd bedroom and kitchen space, with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. *Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience* The property is meticulously maintained and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked after each stay. ***PARKING: There is free parallel parking (permit required which we provide inside the home for you to fill out upon arrival and place on your dashboard) out on 89A street leading up to the property. This parking is first come first serve. There is no designated spot for this home but parking is usually available. **NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety GETTING AROUND: During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking around one of the many surrounding trails. Access for this unit is from the road below. ***Access to the upper back patio with the fire pit and lounging area is reserved for guests of the upper level unit. Other things to note This area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. All parking on this street is first come, first serve and spaces are SHARED by the residents of this area! Please be respectful to our neighbors. You will need to fill out a Temporary Parking Pass (provided upon your arrival) and keep it in your vehicle’s dashboard when parked at this home. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, events, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund. If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (past the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out is not possible. Thank you for understanding. Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking. We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
