Beautiful facilities. The staff were outstanding! I needed to get money from an ATM and one of the staff members offered to walk me there--truly above and beyond service. I highly recommend Jump Ópera Hotel if you are in Manaus.

The water in our unit was problematic. The shower drain did not drain and the sink water pressure dropped where the water barely came out
