We stayed in the apartment from 20th July to 31st July 2026. On the whole we had a really wonderful stay. The apartment was very well presented and had the most incredible views. It was spacious, well equipped and, with having comfortable balconies on 3 sides, we were able to enjoy both the sun and shade throughout the day as desired. The apartment is also excellently positioned for access to buses, shops, restaurants and beaches. The complex itself was secure and presented to a high standard with lots of wildlife.
On arrival no one greeted us, instead we were sent a video as to where we could find the key. Without access to Wi-Fi, we couldn’t watch the video. The taxi driver was unwilling to enter the complex because there was no guarantee he would have been able to exit again and so dropped us on the street outside. Travelling with a child and lots of bags this was not ideal, however the taxi driver was correct to be cautious. With no key we were unable to access the complex and had to wait for a car to enter and follow it in. Having found someone who kindly let us use their Wi-Fi we watched the video only to find out the key had been placed in a key safe, in a bush, outside of the complex, on the opposite side of the road. Once again we had to wait for a car to follow to leave the complex to start the search for the key. This took ages as, despite watching the video numerous times, we couldn’t find the key. Not at all great when you have just arrived on your holiday, are tired and the temperature is in the thirties. We contacted the ‘host’ several times during this who was unhelpful. When the key was finally found we realised we only had 1 key and 1 fob (needed to gain access to the whole complex) between 4 of us. We thought about how we could leave the complex at the end of the holiday and contacted the host several times but got no response. We rang them and they text back and said to leave the key on the table in the apartment. Given the location of the apartment the option to let the taxi in would have been appreciated but this was clearly not possible. Also we had a night flight and asked about a late check out. We were told this was not possible and that there was no onsite luggage storage. When considering our options we got a message from welkeys saying we could apply for a late check out. Assuming this would only be offered if possible we applied. We received no response initially and then got told this request had been denied on our last day.

L’appartamento era molto freddo, solo la camera da letto si poteva riscaldare quando andavo a letto. Questo è stato un disagio per me notevole.
