Nice kitchen and nice space inside unit. It is ground floor! It has view of coastline and is close to the local grocery store. Several restaurants were right across the street. Dedicated parking for unit right out the front door. We liked having a washing machine, Tho the coastal air made drying time slow. We enjoyed the Doc Martin Walking tour with Mike down in the village. It’s a steep walk up and down the hill to get to the harbor area. The apt is located on top of the hill by the road in and out of town. Driving down in to harbor area is not advised.
The twin beds are very hard . Full bed in other bedroom was much more comfortable.

Well equipped clean and good location. Cliff paths have fantastic views with fairly easy walking. Both Outlaws restaurants fantastic food.
International plug converter did not fit (socket plate curves out). Ours worked at every other hotel. Bring one specifically for the UK. We ordered 2 from Amazon but they were late arriving.

Easy to get to and convenient parking
Noise from upstairs was horrendous, could hear their conversations and every footstep, I wish I’d read more reviews. Apartment was mostly clean but very tired, sofas in lounge were dirty and not comfortable. Couldn’t find a way of switching on ventilation in the bathroom which steams up and has no window, which is where I assume the damp smell comes from.
