Really enjoyed it wish we could have stayed longer.

Self catering. Constant instant hot water but too hot...scalding. perhaps boiler setting could be lowered a little.Really comfy and clean and spacious. Parking a bonus. Bed was comfy. Linen spotless.

Water too hot. Settee a bit uncomfortable and awkward to look up to tv but we don't watch TV much anyway.

Beautiful location - needs a bit of tlc

The bedroom had damp and I ended up leaving a day early due to my wheezing- shame as the location was great . Also need more mugs 😊

Great location, could do with a spruce up!

The location is great. It has everything you could need. Beds comfortable and shower very good.

The furniture was a bit shabby and stained. Even the cushion covers were grubby, simple to clean up. The sofas are sunken and uncomfortable. The hot water is scalding! Parking when there are other guests is difficult for larger cars.

Enjoyed our stay

Exceptionally clean, well decorated and well equipped. Great shower attached to the bath. Good location, easy walk into Port Isaac downhill. Parking onsite.

Musty, damp smell in the entrance hall. Disappointed with the "sea view", being downstairs accommodation, the immediate sea view was between to tall buildings and over a single story roof, you could see the sea but not what I would class as a sea view. Parking was a little difficult, not impossible but with two full size cars it was cramped, would have been fine with two mini's. Although close to the town walking back is uphill and would possibly present a challenge to anyone with mobility problems.

Comfortable, clean and a great location

Clean, great location with on site parking (a bonus in Port Isaac). Everything you would need for a self catering holiday, Great shower too.

I should have booked the upstairs apartment for even better sea views

It was lovely and the apartment was lovely. Would stay again but I’m upstairs apartment.

Location is amazing and owners were incredibly helpful.

The apartment above was noisy walking back and forward all evening. Damp smell in hallway when first arrived.

Would highly recommend booking this property.

We thought it was perfect. The decor was really sympathetic to the area with so lovely unique touches. It was perfectly positioned for walking access to the bays.

To be honest there isn’t anything we would change.

Very good

Very comfortable property and within walking distance of many lovely different places to eat. Midway between the harbour in Port Isaac and Port Gaverne. Lovely views

There was a very strong smell of damp in the property which was difficult to ignore. Also soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs apartments could have been better

Wonderful location in beautiful Port Isaac

Location was great, private parking just outside, easy walks around Port Isaac. Great to have a couple of very good restaurants on the doorstep, especially Fresh from the Sea! Flat equipment is great with all necessary utensils etc. Helen the landlady was very responsive to any questions and requests. Family and dog really enjoyed our stay!

It can be a little noisy from the upstairs flat but it's mainly creaking floorboards and if you know old houses you'll be fine! Only thing missing was a little outside space but we made do on the lawn just next to the house.

Fabulous location, lovely apartment.

The location, particularly with the usage of off road parking was perfect.

The bathroom was very nicely decorated, although small . However, the fan was not strong enough to clear the steam, so the shower was only usable for a very short time and the kitchen area got a little damp. But this was a very minor issue

Good space for a few days break.

If the floor wasn’t carpet, it would be easier to keep clean in a pet friendly accommodation.

Pleasant

Easy walk to heart of Port Isaac. Parking on drive welcome. Well-equipped kitchenette.

Not enough hot water for 2 showers, let alone 4. ‘Dog-friendly’, and therefore smelled a bit odd but perhaps that’s to be expected - I just hadn’t noticed when booking. Beds quite soft and springy.

Great property in a great location.

Location was perfect, shops and restaurants were right there. Decor is very nice and modern. Had everything we could need within the property.

Not the property’s fault, as such, however there is another flat upstairs and either the other guests were very loud or there needs to be improved soundproofing. We could hear them chatting (and singing pre-9am on the Sunday morning) and their footsteps.

Good there was parking outside, location also good.

Off street parking. Location was good. Had everything you needed, plenty of hot water, clean apart from the extractor fan in the bathroom which was filthy.

The noise from the apartment above. There is no sound proofing at all! You can hear everything, footsteps toilet use etc. It is just like someone is upstairs in your home and I think this really should be looked into. Extractor fan in bathroom was filthy and the awkwardness of the stairs for upstairs limiting you when using the toilet and sink.
