parking at the apartment is quite challenging, narrow, steep and with wholes in the road :-(

Maria was polite and eager to help.
The house was not in very good condition, unlike how it appeared in the photos. There was mold on the bedroom wall, the microcement floor was quite stained, and the house had not been properly aired out, resulting in a slight smell of humidity. Additionally, the pool was not clean enough. Access to the parking area was difficult due to poor design, and the last 400 meters to the property were a rough dirt road with numerous potholes and stones, which forced us to park our car 200 meters away from the house. However, to be fair in my review regarding the road, my car has a low ground clearance.
